We live on a waterway so our backyard is not very large for building structures, but we had this company come out to build a screen room and the bar b que, but Kris showed us an outdoor kitchen with a dining bar that he had build for some other folks we really liked the idea and had room for one and we are happy. Good job great result. 5*******

It cost more that we anticipated originally, but in the end it worked out for the best. the cost increase was due to changes that we made after the construction began, so new plans and revision ect had cost overruns. The company did a good job we are very satisfied with the work and higly recommend them

I needed a driveway replace because of some large cracks in the concrete one that we had. I took prices from some angies list contractor and some homeadvisor contactors, I saw this company working in my neighbor hood and ask the supervisor for a price. The price was a little higher that the one I had received but the did such a good job on the driveway down the street that I went with them. The did an excellent job so I the had them do my flat roof because they are also roofing contractors

The Permit and engineering took a little longer than we wanted but the construction was on time and not disruptive to us. I had other companies in the past that left materials and debris all over the property and it was not very organized but this company was very good the kept everything neat and clean everyday. I will certainly recommend them to anyone.

I live in a condominium and the balcony above me on the second floor was cracking and almos falling into my patio I call a few companies for repair quotes because the association ask me to handle this. I was impressed by Kris knowledge of the work that was needed so I went with him and was very pleased with the results and so was the HOA.

We had a very good expreince with this contractor. When we were planning to have out sunroom build we heard all kind of stories from friends of bad expreince with south florida contractos so we were a little worried but our story is different everything went very well for us. I will use them if I have any other projects.

We had a patio that was enclosed before the house. The steel post that was the original outdoor patios was used in the enclosure they rusted and the windows and door started leaking very bad. Kris came out and gave us some ideas for rebuild and we went with it, we have a much betted enclosure and are very happy. We had a lot of companies give us estimates but Kris was vey knowledgeable in this type of construction and the permit process ect. no regrets

Excellent job by Brian and his crew. Prompt on issuing a quote and follow-up with the work that was done. They came back for a second day to be sure that the work was done properly. Seemed quite thorough and customer focused which was a relief. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

It went very well. The estimator came out and looked at the project he said that we need engineered plans and he then came with the engineer and help with the plans and permit. my new extension is beautiful. I just loveit

Our house was built in the 1950s and we had a very large stone chimney that was leaking, we had to have the entire chimney broken down and rebuild. They did a very good job and did not disturb my solar panels on the roof. Good Work

I was very pleased and impressed. I met Kris and Sherry at dinner one Friday night, My partner and I went there often and so did they we talk a few times and I learned they were contractors. I was taking bids on the roof and windows and ask them to take a look. I have to say I was very happy with the project and we still see them at the bar sometimes. People of the community doing good work for us.

This project took some time but went well. There was a longer than expected wait for the windows, but with hurricane season in florida I guess everyone was getting them. we has several contractors come out but this contract has a good price and seams we knowlegable so we went with him. no regrets all windows doors and roof is working well. I am happy with the work
