Called to do a simple removal of the toilet flange because I did not have the proper tool to do it. Adam cut the pipe that was connected to the flange instead. Cut it about halfway on the bell end of the elbow. When he cut the pipe he damaged another pipe and caused a leak. He left and never returned when he said he would. So I had to hire a plumber who had to cut a hole in the ceiling in the finished bathroom in the basement to access all of the pipes and make the repairs. What would have been a $100 fix turned into a $1000 repair. Should not be in this business, if the job is beyond his ability he should say that instead of wrecking someone home.

They never finish the job he is not qualify for this business.

Adam is good and communicative until he has your money and leaves you unexpectedly with work that looks like a six-year-old did, then he is quite difficult to get in touch with, go figure. Honestly though, if you can breathe oxygen, then you can do work of better quality than this company so save your money or choose someone else because for the top dollar they charge at $65 an hour, they wont decrease your workload, but they will increase it and then you will be stuck having to pay someone else to fix the mess they made. I had them do a few odds and ends around my house that I have been renovating, and I have been burned out on doing personally, figured I am at the home stretch and this is pretty basic stuff, especially if they are self-proclaimed Elite. They tightened up an awning and put a screen on a storm door, and that was about the extent of acceptable work and probably worth $100 only since he had to drive from Greensburg. Wish I could attach pictures! Check out my other reviews on other platforms for this company, maybe I can put pictures for you to see on them. Outdoor carpet on my little balcony? GARBAGE! Basic trim work in my kitchen? GARBAGE! Basic tape and mud job on three seams in my brand new bathroom? GARBAGE! Then the icing on the cake, was a basic paint job in my brand new bathroom that I have over $10k invested in, should have known better when I arrived in the morning and the one doofus was using a 2 roller to paint my walls without asking if I had a normal roller he could use. They splattered paint all over my brand new tile and granite and grout, not a little, a lot. Did not tape off but rather just chose to paint my black Schluter edge and my black grout lines with white paint. Wonder if they know you can not wipe off white paint from black grout lines, probably not. They left my tools and paint brushes that I let them use covered in paint just thrown in the corner of the bathroom. Instead of cleaning them properly. They walked into a gorgeous bathroom my tile guy had just finished and completely disrespected it and me. Oh, and they left all of my lights and fans running side note, I do not live there and due to work was not able to get down there for four days to check on their work. Big mistake giving them money before they were completed because they would not have done what they did or they would not have got paid. Elite Handymen, yeah, more like the Garbage Men, they should change their name to reflect their quality of work. Good luck to all of you who need some work that needs to be done! Steer clear of these amateurs.
