We found this crew of 3 brothers to be a real pleasure to work with. We got a quote from them and 4 others companies. From that 1st meeting, we just felt like they were the kind of people we wanted for our project. They spent time asking questions and giving us information about what we could or could not expect our results to be. Details were discussed that no one else had took the time to do. Our building is older and needed some serious prep work before the painting and these guys really took care of that. They worked really hard and spent a lot of time to make sure it would look good before putting the paint on. They made it look better than we imagined it possibly could. All the details and little things I asked for were done without any shortcuts or complaints. They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will plan to call them again for any future work.
Removing the ceiling of popcorn finish is a time consuming job. The other bids I had were much higher than Pride Painting, so I decided to go with them. They had three guys. They did a decent job, however they were a week late past their estimated date of completion. I would normally be quite understanding, given that all jobs can require more time than expected. My problem with Pride is that the crew was not showing up until 9:30 in the morning, and were gone by 4pm. When I confronted the group about the fact that they were already behind schedule, and that a remedy might be actually working a few more hours a day, so that I could move in on time, the response was that they were working 40 hour weeks, and I should not expect more from them. I have a difficult time with this response given the line of work they are in. If you want a 40 hour week, don't get into construction/painting. If they had finished on time, I would have had no problem with their work or work hour timeline. It was pretty obvious several days before the projected finish date, that they were behind, and they still did not work any extra time. I really wanted to like this group, and had hoped that the reasonable bid below the other recommended company did not mean that this crew would perform poorly. I was greatly disappointed, and cannot believe the poor work ethic that was presented.
Response from Pride Painting
"Before we started the job I told the owner it will take at least 10 days and maybe longer depending how hard the texture came off,not to mention she added a sun room to the job. She also had other work being done to the house at the time and never said or stressed the job had to be done in a week. There was three days i couldnt get there until 9-9:30 because I had a few estimates to do.(at the time she had no problem with that)Genevieve loved the price, liked the work and was very nice until the day we finished."

Danny and his brothers did a great job for me and certainly met my expectations. They are fast and professional and I would recommend them without reservation. I appreciate them taking time to do things like caulking in small cracks in the door facings and they sanded, prepped, used drop cloths, etc. to make sure the job was done right. I added a couple of extra things and they did not mind. Hey, Danny even let me use a ladder overnight to install a light fixture. Will use again!
Very good work on the house. Missed a few area's on the stained/sealed fence. But touched them up as soon as I brought them to their attention.
Always on time and completed the work on time. Very Professional in their dealings with us.
Easily reached by email or phone. Returned email within a few hours or the same day.
We would use them again and would highly recommend to others.
They were not the cheapest, but we feel we got a good quality job for the money.
They painted the main room of my home with vaulted ceilings. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were able to patch and fix the walls and complete the painting in one day. It turned out great. I would hire them again in the future.
Danny was extremely nice and helpful through the entire process. After I left a message on his voicemail, he called me back within two hours. He was very nice and easy to talk to on the phone. He came to give an estimate the very next day which was a Saturday morning. He helped me pick out the colors of the walls and gave me a great quote on the job. He was able to come out on Wednesday to complete the job and did fantastic work. They finished the job quickly but the walls looked wonderful. He was very social and made the experience worry free. I could not be more happy with the job that his company did and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. I will be calling him to repaint my bedroom when we decide to start that project.
These guys were great. Their price was better than most and they worked around our tight schedule. (To be fair, they did more than that... when asked when they could start, the reply was "how about tomorrow?"). They even worked through the weekend and got everything done in two days. What I was more impressed with was their work ethic and pride in their work. It's not just a catchy name for their company... They did everything we asked for and more then still stopped back one more time after being paid to make sure there wasn't anything else my wife wanted done. (And there was... So he pulled the ladder off the van that they just loaded and took care of it). They were very considerate and took care of our needs and our home. The outside of our home looks so much better after pressure washing. I wish I had done it sooner. They are great painters and darn good people. I completely see how they are so highly rated on here. We'd use them again in a heartbeat. (And likely will).

I'd like to start by saying that I am very demanding and critical about anything that goes on in my house. Short of tearing out and rebuilding from scratch, I expect a perfect job no matter what is being provided. If you want a PERFECT paint job, then call Pride Painting. Danny, Tommy and Frankie are masters at their work. These guys are meticulous. My house is about 2,800 square feet. They painted about 2,500 square feet of interior walls and trim. My husband had just painted the walls in 3 rooms (about 300 sq ft) before waving the white flag. We knew that we couldn't handle the rest of the house, especially the trim. Three of the rooms have double tray ceilings, one of which is about 20 feet tall if not more. The guys spent two days on an incredible amount of prep work to make sure that every surface was perfect. We had not repainted since the builder finished our house in 2008, so there were many flaws to fix in addition to covering the builder grade paint. Everything was spackled, filled, caulked, smoothed, sanded (and possibly prayed over) before a drop of paint was applied. The paint job is absolutely perfectly smooth and flawless. No gaps or variations in coverage, no streaks, no lines. Walls and trim have tight sharp lines that are straight. The guys finished the rest of our house and then completed the trim in the three rooms that hubby painted. ALL of the doors in the house were also painted. Everything was rolled or painted by hand. They took their time to do it correctly. They don't rush through smacking paint on your walls to collect a check. The guys took excellent care of my home and furnishings; I didn't have any paint anywhere but on the walls. I was worried about that because I have hardwood floors and some d*** expensive travertine tile-work. I worried for nothing. If I ever need anything painted again, Danny will be my first and only call.
My next commentary has nothing to do with the quality of the work, but everything to do with character. Danny, Tommy and Frankie are straight up good folks. There's all this high-quality work and concern over the small details punctuated with banter that only brothers have. Guys, if you are reading this, you were a delight to have in the house. My husband comes from a family with three other siblings. He said being around you was like being back home with his brothers. After retiring, he also misses the guys in the unit and that camaraderie. Thank you for making my husband smile!
This was a big house to paint. The house was custom built in 2002 but still needed a lot of surface work to prepare for the actual painting. ( nails heads that popped up, tiny cracks around windows and trim, imperfect areas of the dry wall etc etc), caulking and preparing the new crown molding and trim for paint. The painters, Danny ( the Owner), Tommy, and Frankie are Pride Painting. They have over 2 decades painting experience between the three of them. They are also brothers! Danny, the Owner, returned my call for an estimate promptly and came out right away for my estimate. I explained I was having house wide carpeting put in and some major remodeling done at the same time they would paint. Danny was very flexible with working with and around the other workers in the house. He tailor made a painting schedule to fit my needs. Although he is the Owner of the company, he is on site and painting right along with his crew. Danny paints amazing. He makes a picture perfect line for all trim, all corners, all areas. He applies caulk and grout as perfect as possible. He hand sprayed 24 foot ceilings, tray ceilings, all ceilings, and repainted my kitchen ceiling 4 times ( at no extra cost) because he wanted it to look the best that it could. I added a lot of extra work while his crew was painting and he was very flexible about adjusting the quotes. Tommy is a major painter in Pride Painting and Danny's brother. Tommy has a long career of painting and has honed his skills to an amazing level. Tommy can paint the lines between the wall and ceiling and wall and trim that you would think was done by a machine as it is so perfect.Tommy encouraged me to try contrast painting and try several colors on the different walls and unique architecture in my home to make the colors come alive. Tommy had the incredible skills to paint these colors on the unique arches, crown molding, trim, pillars etc. With their many years of experience they know color, they know paint, they know the techniques it takes to make your home a showcase and also a place of beauty to live in each day. Lastly, Frankie is the third amazing painter of the company . He painted and rolled my many 24 feet walls with precision. He as well is multifaceted in the painting department. Frankie takes meticulous care of your home and environment so that no paint and no mess ends up anywhere on your floor or furniture, carpets, pets or kids. I am a real person writing this review. I am very picky and searched a long time for just the right painters. I want everyone looking for a painter to know that Pride Painting is the ONLY paint company to use. This company took very good care of my home while they painted too. They painted around new appliances and new carpeting, and new construction and never made a single mark on anything. They left my home in perfect condition. They always kept saying " We want you to be happy with our paint job". They finished today and I have already asked them for a quote to paint the exterior of my house.
I'm really not comfortable discussing price, however, I did feel it was a bit steep. I decided to accept the quote after Mr. Collins and his brother explained all of what the project entailed to completion. And, I'd do it again. Great job men!
Response from Pride Painting
"I think it was a very fair price @$950, Plus I bought all the materials and it took myself and two other workers 2 days to comlete"

Horrible paint job will not use again
Response from Pride Painting
"Im not sure what this customer is unhappy about, the price was $900 not $1200and at the end of the job I walked over the job with her ( like I do on every job) to make sure they are 100% satisfied which she was at that time. what ever she didn't like six months later I would have fixed (within reason)if she had called me! why wait six months to leave a negative review?"

It went extremely well!! Danny and his team were extremely nice and professional! They did an immaculate job, even better than what we anticipated. Was able to work around our complex schedule and finished the job very quickly! I really couldn't have asked for better painters than what Pride Painting done! I highly recommend this painting crew as I already did to close friends!!!!
Danny and his guys can paint. I am not denying that, but they fail to pay attention to detail. Once they finished the work Danny informed us he put in an additional 37 hours of work and he charges 25$ dollars per hour. This was never discussed or written in Pride Painting's very professional contract. Danny and his crew put doorknobs back in backwards ( I can lock my girl in the room now), did not put glass fixtures back on lights, broke a closet door ( which he did come back to fix, but ruined a printer in the process ), he also broke a 42" LED (almost 2 months later we got the insurance check ). Danny's brother Tom also made mention that the other guy, Troy, cannot be trusted; so hide your valuables. Their motto is "
Response from Pride Painting
"Tho additional work we did was approved by the husband at our rate before the work was done. We did a lot of extra work that we did not charge for. I think the husband broke the tv. Before we started the job we took the tv down and put it in a safe place. We came to work one day & the tv was moved and broken."

Very responsive to request for estimate and work was going to happen onetime until an injury to worker caused a delay. Once work was started it was finished in a day but I had to call them back to redo part of the work. I redid some minor mistakes even after completion
Response from Pride Painting
"this upsets me , I did a $1600 job for $800 and the redo i was called back for was something the sheetrock man they hired missed when he was repairing the walls .I gladly went back and fixed it @ no extra cost!"

I used Pride Painting three times. The Last time had to be the third week of January of this year. It was $400. They show up 15 minutes early. His only break is his lunch hour and is back within thirty minutes. I have left him alone in my house for an entire week. Super great, no supervision, an absolute professional. He will pick out paint at Sherwin Williams or another vender that he uses and let's you compare the prices. You can reimburse him and we saved close to $700 in paint by going through his account with Sherwin Williams. He's not the cheapest but everyone of the bids, he was the most likable, professional and I got everything that I paid for. He made zero mistakes.

I hired Pride Painting. I just used them about two or three weeks ago. They charged $2000. They gave a free estimate. It was just two brothers. They were very professional, very clean. They kept me informed about when they were going to be there because of the weather or not. We did a walk through at the end and did some touch ups on spaces that I thought needed extra, a little bit more paint. I called them based on other members ranking them, based upon what they said about their experience which was all positive. When I met the guys they were like very easy to work with.

I had a wonderful experience with Pride Painting. Danny (the owner) , Tommy (which is Danny's brother), and Derek were extremely friendly and professional. Being a female I had a concern of being taken advantage of when it came to pricing, but Danny gave me an extremely reasonable price for the work I needed done. They also offer a military discount! Danny came out on a Wednesday to give me an estimate and was able to start the job on Thursday. They moved all of the furniture out of the way and took down all of the curtains. I also liked the fact that this company has their own insurance so if anything was to break it would be covered. They were clean and made sure to use a drop cloth through out the house. Overall they did a fantastic job! My house looks great and it only took two days to do the job! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. These are great guys and very trustworthy! Being a female here alone I felt very comfortable with them in my house. I trusted them while I left my house to run errands.. even my dogs loved them! I would definitely hire them again if I needed any work done and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done!!!!!
Danny and Tommy did a wonderful job for us. We have a two story great
room that needed to be repainted. It's a huge room with a stairway and
they bid $850 per coat(with military discount). I mentioned having
additional work if they could give me a good deal. My entire house was
painted with very rich dark colors. The bid for 2 coats each in the
kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, and large bonus room was $900 and
they threw in all baseboards for $100 (!!).
They did all 5 rooms in 3
days. Very professional and friendly and I was very comfortable having
them in the house. My husband is a bit of a nit-picker and pointed out
several spots that he wanted to have touched up - no problem or attitude
from the crew at all.
I have a young daughter and had no issue
being in the house alone with my daughter and Danny & his brother -
as a woman that is very important to me.
In the event that I need to have another room painted, I'll definitely call Pride Painting - couldn't be happier
The home I purchased had dated paint and wall paper. The work performed was excellent and I am already planning the next painting project for this company. They cleaned up daily before they left for the day which helps a lot when most of the rooms in this 4000 sq ft home was being painted. I can't say enough for their attention to detail and willingness to work with me on anything I asked, they even completed items not on the original list for the same price, just to make the finished product look it's best. I would have never been able to complete this project in detail as they did even if I took a year to do it. I highly recommend this company.
