The technician showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

The technician replaced our kitchen faucet without any issues. He also identified a couple of other issues which required attention. Those additional items were also dealt with successfully. The price for all repairs were fair and reasonable.

We needed a new gas furnace and hot water heater because of a flooded basement due to the nor'easter of December 22, 2022. We called Pride on a recommendation from our neighbor. They set up a sump pump to get the basement dry because our failed. They replaced the furnace and hot water heater with a wall mounted combination so if we do get flooded again it will not affect the heat or hot water. They did a beautiful job. We are so pleased with Pride plumbing and heating and would highly recommend them. They were neat, clean and very professional. A thank you to Mr. Dan O'Leary and his very capable crew.

After using just about every local plumber -- with various degrees of success and satisfaction -- while living in our house for over 40 years, we were referred to Pride Plumbing by a water damage company after a leak was detected in our living room ceiling. Within days, we received an on-site inspection and written estimate of the work that was needed to be done to a radiator and pipe leading down to the ceiling. We were expecting a large family gathering for Thanksgiving in a matter of days and needed the ceiling repaired quickly. Pride worked magic with their scheduling and was able to complete the job -- expertly and efficiently -- just in the nick of time. The team couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, or more professional. Pride Plumbing now has a customer for life!

I'm a new homeowner in Oceanside NY who bought a house with some plumbing problems. After being stood up three times by another plumber, I called Pride Plumbing and Heating. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Steve visited my home promptly to give me detailed, itemized estimates for multiple issues at my house. They replaced a hot water heater, installed frost-free hose bibs and fixed a plumbing venting problem in my basement. Joe and Barry are great - knowledgable, friendly and neat. This was my first experience with Pride Services and I highly recommend! The customer service was amazing and Steve who completed the repairs was great. He answered my questions, was fast yet thorough and clean!!!

Awoke one day to find no hot water! Diagnosed that pilot flame keeps on going out. Phone some companies. Pride Services responded first. Joe and David came promptly. diagnosed change of thermocouple but that didn't work. Suggested replacing heater since it was 9 years old. There was no choice - I mean a guy needs hot water. Right! A price was negotiated and they replaced the heater in 3 hours. Pretty impressive and professional-looking job. The team knew what they were doing. Will use again, probably for a different task, since the new water heater should last some years!

Danny O'Leary and his crew were incredible in their work ethic, cleanliness and perseverance.  We had most of our lower home extensively re-plumbed after the damage suffered during Sandy including relocating the washer/dryer, building a new walk-in shower, relocating our boiler room and installing a new Navien combo-heat and hot water unit. <br /> If we had the slightest problem, Danny or one of his crew, was  knocking on our door in what seemed to be minutes from when we called him.  Always with a smile on their faces, immense courtesy and knowledge, they never left the building site dirty or dangerous. <br /> From November 2012 to June 2013 Pride Plumbing worked to keep us warm, hot-showered and as comfortable as we could have been. <br /> Danny and his crew are all sharp young guys.  They are sure to be in business for many years.  I am happy to have built a relationship with someone reliable,  trustworthy and fair.  We now have family plumbers! <br />
