Great. He is the best painter I ever hired. He also has many talents and does more then just painting. He is reasonably priced. He arrives on-times and cleans up each day. Very easy to work with. I have referred him to others that have been equally satisfied.

I have used Primary Colors twice now with excellent results. First time was staining a new fence, and repainting a bump out window, front door with a large arching window, and front railing. Second time was mostly interior woodworking repair with major repainting. Luis is very easy to work with, he always communicates well, shows up on time and completes the work as quoted in a timely fashion.

It went beautifully! I’ve used Luis and his team before and I will certainly use them again. We painted our exterior brick for the first time, and I was nervous about the dramatic change. Luis is so easy to work with and made me feel confident about my decisions. His work is thorough, careful and detailed, and he’s always respectful of and careful with your property, keeping everything clean and neat. I absolutely recommend them!

This is the second time that Luis and his team performed work at my home. I cannot overstate the accolades of his professionalism, attention to details, and initiative in repairing/improving items that needed to be addressed. Luis is more than a painter, he is a carpenter, electrician, handyman, and most importantly, a professional who wants to do the job correctly and with quality. On this second occasion, he power-washed the exterior of my house, the fencing, and sidewalks, painted the exterior trim and carport, painted the front door-inside and out, repainted exterior shutters, repainted exhaust pipes on roof, fixed exterior electrical outlet, replaced screen door, installed interior window shades, fixed interior bi-fold door, painted ceilings in living room, painted bathroom wainscoting, painted molding and interior doors throughout the house, and caulked bathtub area and kitchen counter area. He cleaned up after the job and was respectful of the property. Finally, he followed all Covid-19 protocols. I highly recommend Luis and his team.

Luis was fantastic! Moving soon and needed a couple of areas painted. After seeing his work (he brought one co-worker also), I hired them to repaint essentially 2 entire floors. Great job, and an honest and personable professional who has reasonable rates. Highly recommend him.

Luis did a fantasic job on my kitchen. I needed to have my walls and cabinets repainted and add open shelves. I worked with Luis to show him what I was looking for and he delivered exactly what I wanted on time and on budget. It was a pleasure working with him and I'm planning to use him again on my next project.

Primary Colors did an outstanding job meeting all my needs and needs I didn’t even know I had! Far exceeded my expectations. Started with kitchen cabinets painted, then added bathroom cabinets painted, removal of old vanity mirrors and medicine cabinets and install new mirrors. Added-electrical-recess lighting in the entire condo 1,100 square feet! Changed existing ceiling fans with light fixtures and a new ceiling fan. Moved an outlet in laundry room to make way for new stackable washer and dryer. A pleasure to work with, very responsible, professional and punctual. My neighbor came to see the job and guess where he is going next? Yes, the neighbor’s place to do some updating as well. All I can say is if you are not sure what you need please consult with him (Luis Perez-owner) and he will give you ideas as well. I’ve attached some before and after pictures.

Superb. Excellent work

Luis and his team were excellent. They were responsive, punctual, professional, and flexible when we decided that we wanted a last minute change of color. We would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

Excellent work by Luis and his partner. I had ceiling humidity damage and earthquake cracks that he repaired to perfection. Luis was punctual, very reasonable in his pricing, and responsive in communication. The end results of painting the ceiling and walls for my bathroom and kitchen, and painting the ceiling in the living room and hallway are exceptional. Also, Luis was able to install four lighting fixtures, and fix a folding door. He was very easy to work with and provided advice on how to address other small maintenance issues.

This is the third time we have used Primary Colors. Luis does quality work, is very responsive, and keeps us updated on progress. Prices are reasonable for the top notch work performed.

Luis was awesome! He squeezed us in last minute and really made our house look like new. He's someone who has great attention to detail and was incredibly accommodating. He also made recommendations on paint colors and helped with some other handiwork around the house as well--definitely went over and above what was expected.

Luis was responsive, punctual, friendly, and professional. The work took slightly longer than expected, but he came back on the weekend and made sure it was done well and in a timely manner. I was very impressed by him and the work he did, and would gladly hire him again.

Luis and crew did a terrific job painting our addition and several interior rooms and doing some exterior woodwork and siding repairs. We were so impressed. They were very professional from start to finish, left everything in perfectly clean condition and did a first rate job. Would highly recommend. Also, we got a few estimates and we felt that Luis's price was very reasonable.

Fantastic!! I was hoping to have the work done ASAP, and Luis said that he could accommodate me. We spoke for the 1st time on Monday, and the job was completed Thursday of the same week. 2 men did everything, patching and sanding too. They put up plastic barriers where it was needed and were careful. They cleaned up and even moved furniture and shelving back. I am very pleased with the work.

I contacted them on Wednesday and Luis responded within an hour. He gave me an incredible rate for all the work that needed to be done and were scheduled to come out that Friday. I had this ugly, "kermit the frog" green bedroom from the former homeowners and when he was done, I couldn't even believe that the room used to look so hideous. The paint job was stellar and they caulked and painted all 6 doors. The project took longer than they expected, but they didn't complain once. I have some more painting to do down the line and will definitely be calling them again!
