Wayne is the consummate professional and does excellent work. His responsiveness to messages fosters a worry free experience when it is time for service. The best thing about my experience is the water itself; albeit a double-edged blade. The drinking water from the RO filtration system is absolutely delicious; that said, it has ruined drinking any other water for my family because nothing comes close to the taste of "home water". Overall experience was fantastic. Wayne is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He has worked decades in the field installing water softener systems for other companies, and is currently often called to fix those systems. Quite simply put, having seen it all, he is passionate about installing reliable water softeners. He graciously took 2 hours in a free consultation to discuss the science behind different systems of water softeners. I had also met with other companies and was misled with false guarantees (no maintenance for 10yrs, better proprietary system, need for dual tank, etc). I had fact checked everything, and Wayne does not deviate from proven facts. His services are reasonably priced and installation was several days after. These guys are first class. They installed a whole house water filter system 8 years ago and I’ve used them to do the maintenance and upkeep. They are the best. A great price for the install, I checked out several companies before we choose Wayne. They are responsive, on time and do a fantastic job and affordable prices. We recently moved to a new home. I called Wayne to take a look at what we needed for our water system. After having Wayne’s system at our old place for over 6 years he was the only person I was going to call. He’s professional, knows what’s required and when it comes to the cost he is more than affordable compared to what you see on the market. They fitted a new carbon filter and softener system and at our request also did a reverse osmosis system in the house. The difference is remarkable, If you are looking to install a system you can’t look past these guys. Value and service can’t be beat.

My experience with Mr. Wayne Mathews was bad. He actually sold me an expensive "solution" that I didn't actually need, without understanding or looking into the technical details of the problem I had. He comes across as very knowledgeable, but my conviction now is that it is just a sales speech!! The very expensive system he ended up installing didn't resolve the problem I wanted taken care of. I used the system for 7 days expecting that it will start showing the promised improvements, but they never came. When I contacted him to complaint about the situation, he didn't take it too well, arguing that it was my fault to have bought the system!! Additionally, I realized that he has no technical alternative to offer. If the system he sells doesn't fix your problem then you are done. Needless to say I want my money back and the system taken out!! I wish I had never contacted this gentleman. The whole experience was very negative and I feel like an idiot for having hired his services. If this review can prevent anyone else from making the same mistake, I will feel a bit better!!!

We needed to replace our old water softener that was leaking. We reviewed at least 10 different options and felt Wayne's system gave us the best bang for the buck. Wayne is more than just a salesman. He also installs the system and performs maintenance as well. Some other systems had better warranties, but we felt that Wayne will stand behind his system for many years to come. We highly recommend you give Wayne a chance and see for yourself.

I got quotes from 5 different companies who actually came to my house to give me a quote. I just talked to Wayne and knew he was the right person for the job. Great communication and price. Was on time and knew what he was doing.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked that the person I talked to and asked questions of was the person who actually did the work! When he was done the whole instillation looked very professional and took up very minimal space. (Wife is really picky and was very happy with how it looked).
