The crew was nice, but the work was not. Now they won't come back to make repairs. I should not have paid them in full until the repairs were completed. If I could upload pictures, I would. Live and learn.

"Ma’am we are very sorry we didn’t come fix your concrete. We offered to come fix everything but you wanted it to be done for free. The reason we did not fix your concrete was because after we finished your patio and left an hour later your dogs ran all over the wet cement leaving foot prints. We even tried to smooth out the foot prints but at that point the damage was already done and the concrete had dried. It was not our responsibility to fix something we did not ruin for free. We wish you the best. Thanks"

My husband and I were looking for a backyard remodel. We wanted to rejuvenate the space. We were quoted by Allied Solutions at more than double what Prime American quoted us. We chose to go with them because they seemed very knowledgeable of what they were doing, they seemed honest and trustworthy as well. We had a bit of a delay in the kitchen due to a delay in shipping of the stone we bought. Hunter was very clear with us from the jump regarding what was happening and gave us tracking numbers and followed up daily. Once the stones arrived they came out and completed our work immediately. Igor and his crew were very open to communicate and a pleasure to have in our homes. We would 10/10 recommend this company and are going to bring them back to finish turning our backyard into, as Hunter kept calling it, our oasis!

I am new to the area and recently purchased a home that desperately needed a new driveway. The problem is - I have a huge problem trusting contractors as I have been burned in the past. I was referred to Prime American by a colleague and decided to check out their Facebook Page. I was delighted to find excellent reviews and some pictures of their prior projects which looked great so I gave them a call. Igor picked up the phone and we spoke about the project, which I was given a great price on. Regarding my concerns, he confidently assured me a satisfaction guarantee and suggested an in person meeting to help calm my nerves, which it did greatly. Fast forward two days, Prime American’s crew was already at my house. I really appreciated seeing a gentleman named Hunter show up to provide needed direction and quality assurance. Overall, they did an amazing job and I can definitely say Prime American took care of both the project and myself extremely well. Next time I need a similar job, I know who to call - Prime American Concrete & Construction!
