Recently had a new complete walk in shower installed. The salesman TJ Scarber that answered all questions and gave us helpful information, to Fernando and Bryce the installers , that did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Prime Baths. Thanks for the excellent job.

I would enthusiastically recommend Prime Baths. They converted our tub to a shower and were extremely professional at every stage of the process. Krivo came to our house for the initial assessment and estimate , while Fernando and Bryce completed the work. We requested some changes to our shower specs after the initial assessment and they were completed with no problem. All Prime personnel were friendly and helpful, and the work was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. One of the best home improvement contractors I’ve ever worked with.

We are thrilled with the bathroom projects completed by Prime Bath. Steve and Lucas were polite and professional. We really appreciated their attention to detail! This was a 4 day project, and they cleaned up daily before leaving.

I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications. A few days later Kevin contacted me to check to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I cannot recommend Prime Bath highly enough. They are the best contractors of any kind I've ever dealt with and would call them again for any bathroom work I would have done in the future. Thank you Kevin, the crew and all the folks at Prime Bath. It has been a real pleasure.

We’ve had both of our bathrooms redone by Prime Bath. They did an amazing job on both. After the completion, we had them back to install grab bars and that Wes scheduled and completed in very short order. I would highly recommend them.

Prime Baths is one of the most impressive companies my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!
