Excellent! We were very satisfied with the service provided and the entire experience from start to finish. Very friendly and professional staff. I was able to instantly get in contact with them for a quote and the response time and overall communication remained quick and easy throughout the process. Once they arrived to clean the unit we had a language barrier, but easily communicated with google translate. The cleaning itself was impeccable and the unit looks amazing! They even took before and after pictures to show me where they had cleaned behind appliances which I thought was a great touch. I know some cleaning companies quote one number then end up charging more after the service is finished, but I was given a firm quote up front and was told everything that would be included for the price and that was what I was charged. Again, very happy with the professional, friendly service and the end result. We will absolutely use this company for all our future cleaning services of our rental property.

Incredible job, trustworthy good people, cannot say enough good things

We are very happy with our deep clean. We had 2 people for over 4 hrs, they were super thorough and the house was spotless. All base boards, windows and light fixtures were cleaned in addition to a thorough clean of all rooms. Our house has never been this clean! I am looking forward to setting up a monthly clean. I would highly recommend.

Marcelo and his team are fantastic. We hired them to clean our 2bd/2.5ba home on a bi-weekly basis. They do a fantastic job and are extremely professional and respectful. I originally hired Prime Cleaning service to clean my last house after I moved out. They did such an amazing job, that I contacted them to clean my new house biweekly. Prime Cleaning comes out every other week and cleans my home beautifully. I have asked them to clean “hard to reach spots”-high ceiling fans/lights etc.) in addition to their normal cleaning and they have done so with no problem and have cleaned them well.
