Prime Home HVAC

I have had my system for over 2 years and my main biggest hearing unit has never worked correctly. Prime installed this unit and has tried to bandaid this for 2 years. A couple months ago I was told where prime installed the unit at was causing the problem and I could pay extra money to have it moved due to there installation error. I want happy about that and voiced that through a message. 2 months later and prime has yet to fix our even reach out about this issue. This is poor customer service and for a problem that has existed since install. I also pay for the monthly service and extended warranty, still no fix.

We couldn’t leave a higher review for Prime Home! They are exceptionally kind, efficient, knowledgeable people who do honest & solid work. They have done so much for us this year, all at a reasonable cost & in a quick timeframe. This summer our AC broke and they came out & replaced it within days, while other HVAC companies couldn’t come out for weeks, and at a higher cost. All of their employees are courteous & respectful while performing their job and are never in a rush to get their job done. We are super impressed by their communication, care in their craft, and exceptional hospitality as a business. We will always use Prime Home for all of our HVAC needs!

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to fix our issue in no time. He even showed my husband a few things, like how to remove the glass on the front of the fireplace. Will definitely use them again if needed

I would highly recommend Prime Home HVAC. Our air conditioner was out for an entire weekend. I called Nathan on Monday, by Tuesday we had relief!! Nathan and his staff were professional and paid attention to detail. The price was fair and they made it easy. I love that they are a family-owned business. You will not be disappointed.

Our entire experience with Prime was excellent. From the scheduling of the estimate, answering of our questions on equipment options, financing, rebates, and tax credits, to installation of our equipment - all was done professionally and well communicated. There were no surprises. Exactly what was quoted and discussed was delivered.

Nathan and his team did an amazing job. Showed up on time, communicated what was to be done and the timeline, and completed the work as discussed. They cleaned up after the job and returned the closet/attic hatch as it was before. They provided me with the best price and quickest quotes for their work. With trusted vendors they were able to secure my part that is difficult to source and held it for me so my wife and I could make our decision on our own schedule. Once we agreed the appointment was set for the following week and they accomodated our schedule. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and I would 100% recommend Prime for any of your HVAC needs! Thanks Nathan and crew!!
