Prime Management

I don't know how anyone on Angi's has legitimately given this business 5 stars. I suspect something fishy because if you google Prime Management and Matt Bein, you will see nothing but negative reviews which are well-deserved. We hired Prime Management for a kitchen renovation and were told (ridiculously in hindsight) it would take 4 weeks. The crew came sporadically for 6 weeks, never pulled a permit and stopped coming after the demolition of much of our kitchen. In short, the owner took tens of thousands of dollars from us that we've been unable to get back which is requiring us to go to court and sue him. We had to hire a reputable contractor to do the job properly. We are just about finished with the kitchen - nearly a year after Prime Management started the project.

We signed the contract in October and began the painting portion of the project. At the signing, we paid 1/3 of the total price and another 1/3 at the start of the painting. In the middle of the painting, the project manager was let go. They completed the painting eventually, but have not responded to continued phone calls, emails and voice mails. The majority of the bathroom remodel has not begun at all. The owner of the company, Matt, will not respond with any communication and has not returned any of the remaining money. We are extremely disappointed in the way he has conducted this business.

He does not communicate. He have his office person Samantha. From the workers nothing has been communicated through the workers.

Gave Matt a check upfront for 40k. Huge mistake. After tearing out some sheetrock and the bathrooms he tells me I need to completely tear the house down and let him build me a new one. I asked to to stop work and refund me money that was due. Will not my phone calls' has even blocked me on Facebook. Hire at your own risk

The most professional and respectful crew I’ve ever had do work. They do beautiful work and more importantly they treated our home with respect and not once did they leave without cleaning and leaving it the way they found it. I would have this crew do any project.

I called a representative from Prime Management. His name is Clint W. He came up with an estimate for three items (jobs) that needed to be fixed/redone. Clint sent an estimate to me that night. We were way behind schedule for this kind of work due do to the amount of rain for the past four to six months. Recently, we hit about a three-day stint of dry hot weather. Clint sent a representative to check the jobs out that day to begin the next day. David, their contractor showed up late morning that morning. He removed and patched the rotting spots on one of the two dormers w/new siding. He also repainted the replacement siding to match the rest of the house. He then repainted the exterior picture window trim with the what paint and moved onto the chimney enclosure with the house paint. It was amazing to me that the worker that Clint sent over got everything done in a short amount of time! He was finished in one day where I was expecting two to three days work. David, the worker that Clint sent over to do the job was very attentive. He always approached me when he had questions which he did many times. He cared and worked very hard to "get things right" and he did! I highly recommend these people!

Amazing talking to these guys! They made the entire process of filling a claim very easy, and the quality of work is outstanding.

Grade A financing plans! This made our much needed roof replacement possible when the insurance company denied our claim. Matt knows what he's talking about when it come helping people out and roofing!

Very quick, very fast, very thorough. Highly recommend these guys for their roofing expertise! You can't get a lifetime warranty they give from anyone else.

Matt, along with one of his managers Chase, was responsive to all our questions before starting the job. At first, I was put off by the upfront payment (100% Materials and 50% Labor even before material is ordered), but in the end it was a non-issue. The finished look and professionalism on site and "doing what he said he would do" was 100% satisfaction. His pricing was competitive, using high quality products all around. We did not have a roofing or gutter emergency, but flush with Uncle Sam cash, decided this was a good time to replace the 16 year old, leaky-in-spots, 3-tab roof which 3 companies agreed had a couple years left. I'm extremely skeptical - to the point I have lost contractors and a realtor who get tired of my doubts and drilling, but Matt was glad to speak on behalf of his company and the crews he uses. Ultimately, we'll have to see what happens if there is a problem in the next 10 years (workmanship) or 50 years (shingles), but until he gives me reason to doubt, I give Prime Management the Gold Star. We'll likely hit them up for bathroom remodeling down the road

Prime Management team were great and on time. It was reasonable. They were very professional and worked really hard. I would recommend them.

He is a crook and stole 40,000 from us. The insurance company cut him a check for 40,000 only work he has performed is putting shingles over a house filled with burned wood, and he had some electrical work he completed. My husband have been trying to contact him every since last year he always gives us a date for doing the work but never shows up, he ignores all texts, phone calls, etc. He is a crook but he will pay he will not get over on my family. Our house burned in sept 2019, he couldn't wait to get his hands on the check the insurance first cut and after that he hasn't did anything. His name is Matt.

I got estimates from 5 roofing companies. I was not comfortable with the lowest bid because the guy was not very professional, he did not write up his bid and just wrote the price on his business card. This company was the next lowest price and Matt B. was very knowledgeable and professional. He did push for a commitment and a deposit which none of the others did. The actual start date was 6 weeks after the estimate but that was because I was having an addition built and we were not ready for the roof until then. This was understood by all parties. The roofing crew arrived exactly on time and got immediately to work. They removed the old composite roof down to the plywood, installed 5 new passive attic vents and then completed the entire job, both buildings, in one long day. They cleaned up the yard around the house and garage and hauled all the considerable debris away in their large truck. There were no surprises and the job was done as smoothly as I could hope. I would recommend Prime Management.

We was looking for a roofing company to replace our home roof. We got the quote from 6 companies. We have found one particular company called " Prime Management". Matt give us very much details about what they going to do and answer all the questions we have asked. Even so the price they quote for still not as low as we would like to, but it is decent compare with other company that I got quote for. There was no surprise of additional cost as they mentions. This company was so reliable, prompt And did excellent work at a very favorable price. I happily recommend them without any reservation What's so ever for their professionalism, outstanding work and customer relations.

Fantastic!! These guys are true professionals, Matt is smart, a gentleman and he worked with me - He was flexible with schedule and helpful in some of the decisions I had to make regarding roofing. The crew was always prompt, polite and clean - Replacing a roof is a very messy job - these guys left the job site spic and span every day. I am very happy with job they did and I absolutely recommend them.

Truly a genuine honest personas, As good as it gets, I had over 7 roofer come to my house and give estimates to replace my roof, all of them had some sort of ways to sale you something you did not need or was not necessary, I had Prime Management come and give me estimate, no sale gimmick, he listen to me, found what I want, showed me samples. Next gave him deposite, he promised to finish my job in two weeks. His crew started reroofing my house and in less than 10 days they were finished with the job. Every detail of the job was done in perfection and care, our house look amazing. Three weeks later we are still getting compliments from our neighbors. Our house had old cal-tile that's not in the market anymore, we wanted our roof to have tiles not shingles, we ordered light weight tile and he had to match the exact color. He made sure the color of tile matched the house before he began working. They kept the job site very clean, his crew was very friendly and caring. They replaced roof part that was not in our contract, and he made sure all the trimming matched the house. I highly recommend Matt to anyone needing roof replacement he is truly a genuine honest person.

Prime Management was prompt and flexible with scheduling a multi-day project around the holidays. Once work began, the team completed my roof replacement quickly. Matt was professional throughout - providing sample materials at the outset and providing constructive alternatives around several drainage concerns specific to the project. They showed up on time or early everyday, and they came back to do detailed touch-up work once the installation was complete to ensure each detail was perfect. We are extremely happy with our new roof, and super thankful that we decided to work with Prime Management.

Prime Management replaced the rest of my main house roof. Outstanding workmanship including design and fashioning of two roof sections. Great attention to detail resulted a very short punch list which was rapidly completed. I am very impressed with them. They give me a return customer discount. They make sure the work was done correctly. They do a great job and Matt runs the company is very professional. The crew were prompt, diligent, and expert in what they were doing. They cleaned up after leaving no evidence they had been there. I was pleased with the result and recommend Prime Management for roofing work.

Prime Management did an excellent job to our roofing! Even the neighbor noticed the crew while doing our roofing was amazed as how great job they are doing. The crew came early and start doing the job and they are very polite and really cleaned up excellently after the job. Mr. Matt who we had talked from the start to the end of the job was very professional and he does know what he is doing. Ask him questions and he will answer all with ease and yet, so friendly and feels you like a good friend of his. I will absolutely recommend them and surely, we will call them for our next project in the future. Not only they did a great job, their pricing was reasonable comparing to the 5 companies we went through. So very happy with the Prime Management.
