The service went fine. Thy just did an inspection but no repairs were made. The technician showed me a picture of an area of the roof that needs worked on. I have not yet followed through on the roof repair. I thought the technician should have fixed the problem for me, but he did not. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

It was alright, but not that great. The guy seemed to be rushing through the job. He was on his phone during the job. I didn't feel I got my monies worth. It was difficult getting a hold of them as well.

Overall, was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.  We did have a hiccup in the beginning to schedule the meeting.  Beyond that no other issues.  Did not get the impression that he was being pushy and trying to sell more than needed.  He did outline some trouble spots and gave consult on best time periods to repair them. <br />

Dean was very reponsive prior to installation.  Install went very well and I am happy with installation, crew worked very quickly and were able to complete in one day.  Received a 5 year warrenty on workmanship. <br /> My problem with this installation was getting the warranty on the shingles.  Shingles were to have a lifetime warranty and after job was done I received no warranty on the shingles or no proof of purchase.  Receipt said New Roof and nothing about the brand of shingles that were installed so I was concerned about how I could claim against the warranty if I had no proof of purchase or anything verifying what shingles were installed.  I attempted to contact Dean numberous times by phone and email after the installation but he never responded.  I was able to figure out how to register for the warranty on line with the shingle manufacturer, but I am still concerned that I really don't have any proof of purchase for the shingles. <br />

After the initial email confirming my purchase, I called the company and left a message. It was longer than expected before I heard back because the owner was on vacation. However, once we made contact, he was very responsive and arrived at the designated time. He inspected the roof and made some minor repairs and suggestions for things to watch for in the future. There was no hard-sell, and I would definitely call this company if I need roof work in the future.

They were actually really good. There was nothing I disliked. There wasn't anything that stood out majorly other than he came in and did his job. My interaction with the provider was good and the work came out really good.

The job looked great at first. However, after about 20 days all of the shingles that he put on blew off. This has caused other shingles to blow off as well. I have been calling him a few times a week since this has happened and he will not return my calls.
