"We recommended a total roof replacement at initial inspection but the homeowner was only interested in a repair at the time. The repair was over a month old when we received a phone call from the customer stating there was a leak in his roof. We informed the customer that we would be out to reinspect the roof once the weather would allow. We feel we responded in a timely manner as customer also lives an hour and a half away."
