Crew was on time and got right to work. Made a huge difference in our finished basement. Will hire again.

They called me a couple of days after I purchased the deal, even before I had a chance to call them to schedule. We made an appointment, they called before they arrived—on time—and did the work in less time than estimated. They were efficient, friendly but professional, showed me how to set and maintain the humidifier, AND they cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with everything!

Technician arrived on time; he was courteous and professional.

When I purchased the deal, I indicated three times for the service call. Prime Time did not respond nor call on any of the dates. My husband called and made a morning appointment for a week later. The technician never showed nor called. After waiting over an hour, my husband called the company and after waiting a bit was told that the technician had experienced problems with traffic and was having issues. When asked if he wanted to reschedule, my husband declined. He was offered a refund and the service for free. He again declined to reschedule and asked for a refund. When I returned home that afternoon, I, the purchaser, called Prime Time and also asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to said she could not authorize a refund. I told her to have Nick call me to verify the refund. He did not call, nor did I receive the refund. Two weeks later, I called again and talked to Nick. He said he never was told. and he would put the refund in the mail that day. Two days later, I did receive a refund.

Great! They were flexible and efficient with scheduling and their work was thorough and fast. A lovely team. Professional and knowledgable. I will absolutely work with them again!

I am delighted to report that not only did the Prime Time serviceman diagnose and correct the problem that no one else could find, he also adjusted all of the settings which had been set out of whack by other so called experts. The serviceman was knowledgeable and conscientious. He explained why the problem existed and was very thorough in his repair. Great! He was on time. Very clean, efficient, polite, and friendly!  

The price was $2,575 lower than the same work estimate from another company. The work actually took two days. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc.

The whole experience was great, from the girls in the office to the work being done in my home. The crew that came to my home were wonderful although I did try and stay out of their way I was nosey. They were very professional and did what they came to do and cleaned up after them selves it was like they weren't even there!! Now I had this insulation done in the summer but I am telling you I feel the difference already my home stays cooler in the beating sun which is great because I don't have a A/C. I can not waitt ill winter and not having to use my furnace like I did last year and with a large family like mine I need to save every penny I can. GREAT JOB PRIME TIME!!

Prime Time was excellent.  Everything was installed on time, and according to plan.  Staff is very professional and provides excellent customer service.
