All details were reviewed with her in person and approved before completion. This fee is a standard, mandatory charge applied to every single customer. It covers required safety equipment, materials, and insurance compliance ? all of which are essential for performing work safely and professionally. All pricing was communicated in writing and in person. To claim otherwise is false. It is also important to note that this same review was posted on multiple platforms, which makes the intention behind it very clear. Repeating the same inaccurate claim across several sites does not change the facts or the transparency we provided.
