Garage Door Installation and Replacement
$1,500
We signed a contract 10/1/07. Job was to be completed in 3-4 weeks. No one contacted us. We called in early december and they said they would install the door by the end of december. After a number of calls back and forth, they finally installed the door 1/8/08, and said they would be back 1/11 to finish the trim. They came to pick up the check for payment in full on 1/25/08 and said they would be back that day to finish. As of 2/11/08, we still have not heard back from them and the job is not done. We have no complaints on the work that was done, but found them unresponsive and are still waiting for them to finish 3 months late.
