I'm overjoyed with how my kitchen turned out. Ben and his team excelled in their jobs. They were really conscientious about their work. They cleaned up at the end of each workday to keep the disruption to a minimum. They were really courteous to me and my things. It was a massive makeover that they completed in less than three weeks. It is far more magnificent than I could have dreamed. I knew it would be lovely, but it feels like a showcase kitchen.

We are very satisfied with the remodeling project Primework Construction with the supervision of the project manager Ben did at our house. The remodeling project included the installation of new stone flooring, shag carpet, new cabinet, countertops new appliances and paint. Our home looks so different and that’s because the wonderful work that was done by this company and the skills of Ben who brought to us several recommendations in which we decided to adopt and accept made the project move faster and with much better results.

Primework Construction are professional and very honest and upfront on their bid on my recent home project. I wasted a lot of time talking to several contractors trying to negotiate for the best value. Next time, I will save my time, and go straight to them to get the work done. I talked to Ben, the owner of the company, and learned that he has a very solid background and many years of experience in the industry. I went checkout his company website and I am very impressed. The website is well designed, easy to navigate, and has a lot of pictures that show the excellent work they have done. Ben and his crew did an excellent job of helping us realize our bathroom remodel. They completely rebuilt the room using pieces that we provided and walked us through permitting to make sure everything was to code. Ben is extremely easy to work with and even called out a couple potential pitfalls other contractors had missed. The mud/drywall could have been cleaner as it was being done but we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Ben and crew again in the future.

I've had a very good experience using Primework for two remodel projects at my home in Los Gatos. The first was a first floor update including the addition of a new bathroom and converting to an open floor plan and the second was for a ~500 sqft first floor addition including a remodel to an old outdated kitchen. I had a very positive experience with Oriana and the rest of the team at Primework across both projects, to the point that I only bid the second project out to Primework. Oriana and her team are very professional, responsive and clearly communicate when there are unanticipated hiccups/ problems/overruns. Most importantly Oriana has very high integrity - whenever there were issues (which is inevitable in projects like this) her and her team worked hard to resolve the issues with customer happiness top of mind.

We had a great experience with Primework through three projects this summer. They re-did our bathroom, rebuilt and expanded our deck, and then re-sided the entire house. Oriana led each project and she helped us figure out the decision points, as neither my wife nor I had a lot of experience with home renovation. We plan to use them again for our next project, too. Great company and Oriana is a great girl.

I feel confident in giving a strong recommendation for Primework Construction. Ben and his team are professional, knowledgeable, responsible, and efficient. Remodeling of 3 bathrooms was our first major project in our new home. It was an extensive work involved removing wall, re-routing plumbing, and electrical. Basically everything was taken down to the stud and rebuilt. We are very satisfied with how it all turned out. Everything is beautifully done, and the attention to detail really shows. We will be using them again for our kitchen once we are ready. Ben was here everyday to manage everything and often worked alongside his crew. They completed the job to the due date originally given.
