Primo did an excellent job. The quality of the work is outstanding and they always were prompt.

Anthony was reliable, professional, and an honest respectful man to work with. As someone who has heard horror stories of terrible contractors, I was nervous as this was my first time hiring someone to take on a job like this. Not only was Anthony east to work with, east to get a hold of, and accommodating to scheduling needs, he did a phenomenal job making sure everything was done properly and with attention to detail. I can not say enough good things about Anthony and his company and would trust him to take in any future task.

We couldn’t have asked for more and it was better than we could have imagined. Everyone and their work was the best of the best and we felt very comfortable with all of the people working with us on the project. Every day we came home to a cleaned up workspace so that our lives weren’t upended for weeks on end. The planning and coordination of all of the work was truly awesome. Communication was easy and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. We love our new space!

The team was easy to work with and were very timely, neat, and organized! My family is very pleased with their work and would recommend for another project!

The job went very well and they worked quickly whenever the materials were available. Some small things came up afterward and they were very responsive with communication and fixes if required. Primo Renovations did a wonderful job from start to finish. They are wonderful to work with and go over and beyond with each job they perform. Everything is explained and questions are answered in a timely manner. They leave things very tidy at the end of the day. Willing to assist in planning and have a lot of contacts.

We were recently hired by Anthony as painting subcontractors on a large scale renovation project. The work that the Primo team did was excellent as were all the subcontractors they coordinated as the general contractor. Anthony is professional and proactive about communication, which streamlines the process and end product. I would recommend Primo Renovations to both clients needing work and to subcontractor trades who may be hired by them.

The owner, Anthony, returns phone calls, consults, shows up, cleans up, steps up. He installed a set of pull down attic stairs, which now allows me to utilize my crawl space for storage. He carefully assessed the area and made me aware and comfortable that he knew what he was doing and I am ecstatic with the end result, who doesn't love more storage space. Presently I have some plumbing issues in my basement and he has researched and educated me on what my options are and has guided me in the most efficient and cost savvy direction. He takes the time and if needed consults with other experts to do the job right. His team is very knowledgeable and thus far have diligently worked to do the job correctly and in a very timely manner. My home was built in 1959 and the upkeep is endless. As Anthony works around my home he takes notice of everything, he has brought to my attention a humidity concern and has advised me of the ramifications if not addressed properly. I appreciate his attention to detail and suggestions for resolve without the pressure of " This has to be done know". I know how it feels to have a contractor come to your home and sell you more than you need. Primo Renovations has just as much at stake to do right by customers, he is in and will stay in this business a long time if he continues to conduct as he presently does. 10 out of 10 ⭐️!

Cannot say enough about this family-run business. From the initial consultation until the completion of the job, Anthony and his father went above and beyond our expectations. The craftsmanship was exceptional with attention paid to every detail. Inviting contractors into your home for an extended period of time is a daunting prospect, but we looked forward to having them there everyday and now view them as friends for life. If you are reading this review, please stop researching anyone else and go ahead and hire them for your job.

He called me the same day with a projected cost to put up a fence that would be secure enough for two little dogs, and also a rescued greyhound that was coming from Florida the following Sunday, so time was very limited! He erected the fence in just a few hours and was the most courteous and professional person to work with. He was extremely patient with my constant interruptions as I wanted to make sure my dogs would be safe and unable to escape. I will hire Anthony, the owner of Primo Renovations in a heartbeat, when I have the funds to pursue many other projects I want done. Note, he did the job himself when he could have assigned it to one of his employees. I would urge anyone looking for a competent and reliable company to take on various projects and renovations, to put Primo Renovations at the top of the list!

Anthony and his family worked together to remodel our bathroom. The work was done to the highest standard. He was honest and showed up every day (which many contractors don't do), although he didn't work long days so it ended up taking more days than I thought the project should have taken. But he was close to the amount of time he had projected for our project. His strength is tile work. His weakness is dry wall finishing, but overall, the project came out wonderful. His father actually laid the tile and his brother did the grout work. <br /> FYI, he has a standard pattern of laying tile so if you have a specific pattern in mind, be sure he knows about it ahead of time. I made the mistake of not expressing that to him in advance and when I came home he had already laid the floor tile in a pattern that he choose, not the one I wanted. But that was my mistake for not telling him in advance. <br /> He's communicates well and was able to find other contractors do the parts of the project that wasn't his specialty. The price was a little higher than i had initially expected to pay; he had his father and his brother there working with him, so I was paying for 3 laborers. But he did come in right on his estimated budget so there were no surprises in his billing. <br /> My only critique is that as he recommended using Tile Wholesalers in Irondquoit. Loretto was very helpful and Tile Wholesalers had a ok selection, but we should have looked at other places for other tile. <br /> Overall, Anthony and the crew did a wonderful job and we are very pleased. <br />

The job went very well.  Anthony squeezed us in on short notice just before Thanksgiving so the work was completed earlier than we originally expected.  Anthony worked quickly and efficiently and gave us a great looking floor.  We would not hesitate to hire him again in the future for tile work. <br />

From our initial meeting  Anthony Musumeci, the owner of Primo Tiles, impressed me as knowledgeable and professional.  He analyzed the job with acute attention to detail was very informative and offered several helpful suggestions.  While describing his background and qualifications, he indicated with pride that he had been working alongside his father since he was 6 yrs old and has been self-employed for 15 yrs.  He also said that he it was his intent to make everything as easy as possible for me - and he certainly did that.  His crew, which consisted of  himself, his father and brother arrived early each day and worked straight thru an 8-9 hr day.  They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up at the end of each day.  It was clear from the first day that I had chosen the right contractor.  The bathroom remodel included the following: <br /> - - tearing out 1 and 1/2 inches of concrete shower walls before installing a new tiled shower including new plumbing/fixtures <br /> - -install marble around entrance to shower and threshold <br />  - - installing new plumbing/fixtures in separate bathtub requiring cutting an access panel and re-sealing like new <br /> - -finding a way to cut and make adjustments to cut iron pipes in order to properly install a new toilet the right way vs making-do with the old set-up <br /> - -install new tile floor <br /> - -install new sink/vanity and countertop <br /> - -install new exhaust fan and new electrical outlets <br /> - -install 2 new shelves and cabinet  hardware <br /> - -beautiful paint job including cabinets <br /> It was obvious each day and at the job completion that a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship runs through the Primo Tiles family. The newly remodeled bathroom is absolutely beautiful and reflects quality workmanship.  I look forward to having Primo Tiles perform additional work in the near future.  <br />

<p>It went very well. The guys were very responsive! They initially came out immediately after I called about a problem with water damage to the wall and carpet in the finished basement. Upon seeing the issues, they referred me to a mold mitigation specialist (Healthy Spaces), to address the real cause of the water problem and to deal with any mold. Primo came back after all the repair work was completed and rebuilt the wall and finished it, and they installed a new ceiling in the entire basement. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves as promised. Anthony and Chris were professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. I would certainly hire them again! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <br />

I called Anthony back to have some more stuff done after our kitchen floor that he had done came out perfect. Again he did a Perfect job and we could not be happier. The sink we had bought fit perfect and looks awesome with the faucet we had also got. We are so happy that it came out so nice. We needed to have a garbage disposal put in and dishwasher also, but our pipes underneath the sink were very old and outdated. He needed to replace all the pipes with pvc pipe so we could get the bends we needed to install everything. The garbage disposal did not meet correctly with the sink due to a flange that i had bought in a specific color. This was no fault of his, just our preferance and i didnt do my research before hand. Anthony did get it hooked up to the flange anyway and even offered to come back and fix it with the correct flange when we received it from the manufacturer. The dishwasher needed to be put in a spot where there was already a cupboard, so he would have to remove that cupboard in order to do it. Once that was done he got the dishwasher in the spot and i could not believe how good it looks. It looks like it has always been there. It's perfect!!!! We will be calling Anthony again for some other work in the future!! <br />

He was amazing. I already bought everything and I called a bunch of places but nobody would touch it because I already had everything. I got his name from somebody that installed carpet who used him for some tile works. Every time I talked to him or everything  I've ever talked to him about has been awesome. I've dealt with many different contractors and people before and he is by far the best I've dealt with. He's great.
