Brian was awesome and fast and courteous. Princeton Electrical was easy to communicate and negotiate with, and offers a fair price for their labor. Had a Level 2 EV charger installed from my townhouse basement to my garage in a few hours without problems.

Horrible, they sent me an inexperienced and headstrong technician who does not listen to the homeowner and does as per his will. I hired them to install EV charger and the electrician they sent put it in a spot where the cord does not reach the car. When I contacted them, the President, Alex responded that I asked it to be installed like that. Who in this world hires someone to install EV charger and asks them to put it in such a way that it will not reach the car? My attempts to contact the office to resolve the issue have been futile and I am just being ignored.

They were very responsive. Alex was friendly, very through and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue.

We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling. We started calling all the local services, and that's when we found Alex and the crew of Princeton Electrical Makeover (PEM). Even during the great pandemic (COVID-19) of 2020, PEM was responsive, professional, reasonable, and safe when coming into our home. Alex, the owner of PEM, took our call and immediately made us feel at ease. He asked us the right questions to start diagnosing the issues and even agreed to come out and look at it himself (now that's a great owner/operator). When Alex arrived, the same day we called, he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers to keep the home clean and germ-free. When he realized the severity of the situation and our need for immediate service, he agreed to do the work immediately and called in some backup. Before we knew it, the house was back and running in one day. He and his crew found multiple burnt wires and a circuit that wasn't operating as intended. My family and I appreciated the great work that done so much that we invited PEM in to do some upgrades and installation a week later. Alex was amazing. He was prompt, courteous, and he explained everything that he was doing. He double checked everything, and then was very fair with pricing.

It went very well. The electrician arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. All the work ( including the dedicated line in the basement ) was completed on time and worked just fine. A bit more expensive than some of the other pro's I talked to, but can't complain about the quality of the work and the professional manner in which the owner and the office manager handled the project from the start to finish.

They are so busy that they could not schedule sooner than 3 wks out. But they were early for their appointment, efficient and neat. Very straight forward. Asked to send a picture of the breaker switch ahead of time to make sure they had the replacement. Pleasant and easy to work with.
