Eduardo came over and we reviewed the details of the project. He later sent me a total price for the 2 separate things I needed done. I agreed and we scheduled the service. One of the 2 wiring jobs was completed. The technician then told me the 2nd project would require additional wiring and they would send me a quote. In the meantime he said I had to pay for the full job even though he only completed half of it, saying that the original quote was a diagnostic charge. Stupidity I paid it. A couple of days later they emailed me a price that was double the original quote for the 2nd job. I responded that if they deduct what I already paid from the new price, I would agree. They did not respond. In conclusion I paid for 2 services and only got one. They ignored my request for a refund for the service they did not complete.

This afternoon Trevor came to my house to repair an outlet. He was knowledgeable, and explained how he would proceed with the repair.
He worked quickly and efficiently, and it should be noted he cleaned up upon completion.
I would highly recommend Princeton Electrical in the future. Trevor was excellent.

Brian was awesome and fast and courteous. Princeton Electrical was easy to communicate and negotiate with, and offers a fair price for their labor. Had a Level 2 EV charger installed from my townhouse basement to my garage in a few hours without problems.

Horrible, they sent me an inexperienced and headstrong technician who does not listen to the homeowner and does as per his will. I hired them to install EV charger and the electrician they sent put it in a spot where the cord does not reach the car. When I contacted them, the President, Alex responded that I asked it to be installed like that. Who in this world hires someone to install EV charger and asks them to put it in such a way that it will not reach the car? My attempts to contact the office to resolve the issue have been futile and I am just being ignored.
