Initial bid was significantly lower than several received from "locals". The project was completed on-time, on-budget, and passed all inspections. They "jumped through hoops" to accomodate our changing needs. However, several calls to them after the project was completed were never returned. It's like they fell off the face of the earth.

They were exceedingly prompt to respond, very knowledgable, professional, thorough, easy to interact with, and complete. Two other recommended electric businesses had unsuccessfully attempted repairs on our particluar problem before Principio. Principio correctly diagnosed, repaired, and monitored our electrical problem in record time for minimal cost. I will choose them again without hesitation not only for the quality of their work, but also for the kind of people they employ! (This is totally honest since Service Magic was my only link to them!)
