As a first time homebuyer I was not 100% sure of what to expect during my home inspection except for what I read online. Kevin at Priority Home Inspections did a great job. I think he was very thorough and detailed even with the minor things. I liked the technology he used to get the job done in the places he could not physically get to. I received my report in less than 24 hours which was pretty comprehensive thanks to all the tips and videos included on how to read and navigate the report. I especially appreciated that Kevin reached out to me a few days later to inquire if I had any questions for him about my report. Although I did not end up purchasing this house I will definitely use Priority Home Inspections for my next home inspection and even recommend him to anyone I know purchasing a home.

Priority Home Inspections is by far the most innovative home inspector in the area. Kevin has the technology/equipment to perform all inspections, but more importantly the knowledge of what to look for in the most difficult spaces. Kevin did an amazing job with our inspection! We now have peace of mind knowing what we are buying and what we need to fix. I highly recommend this inspection service for a professional, thorough, well-organized home inspection and report. Kevin sent us the report within six hours of completion, and immediately reached out to discuss the details with us. He took his time and went over the details of his findings, was willing to offer suggestions and helped us prioritize the needed repairs. We are purchasing a rehabilitated home that was not completely finished, so there is an extensive list of needed repairs. He really helped us determine the areas that needed the most attention, and we are so thankful for his insight!

Kevin was amazing and it didn't take the typical 3 hours that all inspectors say is normal.. as a first time buyer i didn't want any surprises. He did above and beyond ...answer questions as he was working... definitely will get more business from us.
