"We appreciate feedback from those we have completed jobs for. We were hired by your landlord before you moved into the home, and completed what he wished. I am sorry that your were not part of the discussions for the work, and what you wanted completed isn't what he wanted to be done on his home. It is also your landlords company in which the contract was with, not your company. We are not sure what jobs you feel were not completed as the contract we had with the landlord was fulfilled before the date we had provided. The address you provided in Elk, WA isn't the address for the home in which the work was completed at. After completing what your landlord wanted we went on to add Four more items, and completed those. We did go out of state to get special materials for some of the work to match what your landlord had wanted. We do know he didn't have enough materials to finish one of the rooms, and stated that when he is able to find that material he will let us know, and we have agreed to come back at that time and finish at that time as he wanted to complete it to match a very rare material he had started with. I am sorry that the work you originally wanted us to do wasn't approved by your landlord, but I had to comply with his wishes as he is the home owner, and was our client. You may want to speak with him about anything you feel wasn't completed. We had a contract with him, and at the end he was very happy with the work. We have been in touch with him, and at that time he still didn't have the materials he needed for the spare room and said he would contact us when he was ready to go.
