Val's Moving and Storage, LLC

I too have fallen into the same trap with VALS Moving and Storage. I was contacted by a DOT Agent. My missing items are in a warehouse in Hesperia. My items were picked up on 12/17/21 from San Diego. I feel for all of you. We are all in the same boat. I am proceeding with Small Claims Court. 

I want to give them 0 stars. They are the worst company. Valerie is the worst person. I hired them to move my home goods, Valerie crew picked up my home goods on December 28, 2021, and until today it has arrived. It has been three months since she gave me alibis about her truck being in an accident, and she told me that no action had been taken since January 1st, until today. She transfers me to her customer service guy, and the guy does not know anything. I asked for pictures of my stuff and got no response. I called a million times and texted them a million times with no response until today. They pick it up from San Diego and deliver it here in Virginia. I am an active duty member, and I have a wife and a 4-year-old kid who has been sleeping on the floor for almost 3 months. I already paid $1,919 for pick up and $812 for delivery, but she wants me to return to California and transport my belongings to her storage facility, where they will be moved by someone else. How is that an option for me when I am already here in Virginia and we have only a specific radius range since I am an active duty member? I also read a lot of bad reviews about Valerie and her company. We all have the same problem, and she used the same alibi for all of us. She is a summer person. I hope her business closes down. 

This was the worst experience ever! Val is not the best person to work with. They picked up my things on November 15, 2021, and gave me about 7-14days to deliver. After those two weeks, we called and she said by law she had up to 30 days to deliver. After those 30 days, we called/ texted and she would not respond. When she did respond she always gave us some excuse. After 3 months of dealing with her excuses we just gave up. My in-laws went down to where she has one of her many storage units. They were able to get all my belongings. She is a scam! We are down $3 grand, some beat-up furniture( because they do not take care of things). I know many others are dealing with the same problem because the storage unit was full to the top. My mother-in-law got a video of how someones washer got damaged because they had it on top of some chairs :/. Do some research before moving out of state and do not hire this company! I truly hope they close them down!!

Do not Trust Vals moving Company located in Woodland Hills, CA. I provided $1,717.00 in addition to my property. It is been over a month, and I have not received anything. Please, I beg anyone not to use this moving company. She is a theft. I can not emphasize this enough I moved from California to Houston, Texas. I have not received anything from all of my possessions. It is a shame that there company like this exists. Many people presently are moving from California because it is expensive. Therefore, they entrust others, meaning moving company to move their property. Please read the reviews first before you move your property.

They were easy to work with, very professional, and made my life easy.
