They did a great job with a retaining wall, landscaping, fencing and some other general home repairs. Would definitely use them again. Work was completed in a timely manner and when I had questions, they had answers.

Carlos and his team took care of everything we asked for in a timely and professional manner. He even found areas that needed repair that I hadn't noticed before. They were careful and efficient when moving furniture and protecting everything from possible paint spills. Their painting work is flawless and beautiful.

Hired Prisma Contractors LLC to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. They were very professional, clean, punctual and had a lot of attention to details. Excellent customer service The owner Carlos did an amazing job from beginning to end. Provided ideas for my projects, plans and drawings at no extra charge and was always on top of things. i definitely recommend their services and will hire them again for future projects.

Work was INCREDIBLY SLOPPY! Owner blames the laborers when concern was expressed about the work. I was assured that my personal belongings would be sealed off and it was not. My belongings were dumped into a pile as you would at the dumpster for 2 months it was covered in dust All of our clothes and shoes etc. Owner came most days and saw many issues. He chose to turn a blind eye. I brought up these issues as I saw them and was continually asked if I want this or that and was slammed with more labor charges. These extra charges were never brought to my attention. When I asked for the updated estimate it was constantly put off. By the time I saw the estimate there were approximately almost 20k over original approved work that I was being charged. He did work with me since I was not told nor did I approve of the extra work. As his guys were here, he would fast talk me into doing more and charge me more labor. Extra labor he charges goes to him, yet he isn’t doing a great job with managing the project at all. I had to bring things up and help Come up with solutions to fix the major issues. Luckily there was a delay in my business opening and I was around to see the mistakes made. They were quite major. I have kept all pictures and am highly disappointed! I was very open and expressed ALL concerns. He was overall a very nice guy. He offered to fix things until I was happy. The caveat… more money. The few things he did were still unsatisfactory. They are great if you are doing simple projects. Mine was a renovation and gut job of partial areas in the home. I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted yo make sure that people are aware and pay attention and stay on top of their money and projects. Closet portion never got finished. Partial paint on my walls. They cut into my trim when certain measurements were off and tried to patch it up. I told them to replace the trim. He kept trying to talk me out of it and at that point I just was done with the back and forth. There were many more things that were not mentioned but this post is a client beware since I know many people that get taken advantage of by contractors.
