Great. They did not move the beds etc to clean underneath but we did not discuss that beforehand. If that is a must for you, I would suggest raising it up front (I will next time).

not a good experience. The video on Pristine's website clearly shows the steps that will be taken. Step 1 vacuum, Step 2 pre treat to loosen soil, Step 3 steam clean with rotovac. Jeff did not vacuum or pre treat. We could see the walking path was still dark but Jeff said it would be fine after it had dried in 3-4 hours. it took 10 hours to dry and the stains are still there. We had several other companies inspect and all said no way was the carpet going to be clean if the pre treatment was not done. I would not recommend you choose Pristine Carpet Cleaning

We needed emergency cleaning and this company came out the same day and charged half of what another company quoted us. Polite, professional and fast.

I've used Jeff' services for two different properties.  For both properties, the furniture was removed which gave easy access to clean the entire area.   What I like about Pristine's carpet cleaning method is instead of the old fashion steam wand which just is pulled on the carpet they uses the more expensive rotovac powerwand which has 2 counter-rotating motors that rotate at 250 rpm that looses dirt to be sucked up by the vacuum.  Having using both systems to clean my carpets in the past I found that the carpets were cleaner when cleaned by the rotovac and more stains were removed.  Jeff did pre-stain the carpet with stain remover which helped remove coffee and soda stains.  The other thing that stood out was their was no upsell and the quoted price over the phone was honored.   In addition to carpet cleaning I've also used Pristine's service to stretch my carpets that had extra layers and they did a good job at a reasonable price.  My only feedback on time management is that Jeff tries to do it all himself and thus at times has a tendency to over extend himself and thus impacting committed time to customers. <br />

Once again, very professional. This company cleans only with the Rotovac Powerwand, the deepest cleaning that you can get done. Before the cleaning was to be done, I needed carpet stretching (www.carpetstretchinghouston.com) done because I had lots of ripples in my carpet, Pristine carpet cleaning gave me a 40% discount.</p> <p>Before picking pristine carpet cleaning, I was reading carpet cleaning reviews of another company here in Houston (deluxe carpet cleaning), once I read about six reviews of them, I knew this was a bad company. Called deluxe about some prices and Steve (the guy that answer the phone) was very rude once I told him I was checking out their prices only...This company even wanted to charge me a truck charge of $10 dollars for driving to my house, what kind of a rip off is that? Later, I found out that the owners name of deluxe carpet cleaning was Steve Smith, besides being very rude because I didn't set an appointment with him, I found out that this company was very shady.</p> <p>Dos: Read the companies reviews before you call them. Pristine does excellent work. The quality was fantastic and we have used them twice now for both carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Both times it did take Jeff a few days to return my call or confirm our appt, but that had no effect on us really and wasn't a major issue. We will always use Pristine for our future cleaning needs. We are highly satisfied. <br />

The experience was great. There were several cat and dog urine stains on the carpet. I was worried that it would not come up and that my dogs would mark the spots that were left. We have not had any issues with that at all. The carpets looked fabulous after they were cleaned. <br />

My voice message requesting an appointment was returned promptly and courteously. The tech arrived as scheduled (10 minutes early!) and was professional and courteous. He explained all services and their costs prior to performing the work, and was finished in around an hour and a half. My carpet looks better than it did the day we moved into the house! <br />
