He did a lot of work and he was here for a while. His equipment was old, beat up and not working. We had a hard time communicating.

They were professional and it was quick and easy. The price point was quite fair.

They showed up at the wrong address, them once that was cleared up, it took them weeks to show up. They missed lots of cracks and crevices where there were spiderwebs & dirt. I couldn't be there, so that was my fault. I'd say "hire them", but be sure you're available to monitor the job. Great price, being from Angie's, so no complaints there. Overall, they were courteous on the phone.

We purchased an offer through Angie's List. Our house was double the size that was offered in the deal but he was kind enough to send us another price and he was really nice about it and accommodating. He could have charged us twice the price and he didn't he just gave us another special deal. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. (10/14/2016) UPDATE Bob had offered a special deal through Angie's List to clean and scrub the roof . He said due to our home supposedly being larger then that deal offered, we would have to pay him extra for that but he would still give us a break on the total. He cleaned the roof, but it was still dirty. Bob said to wait for it to rain and it will clean the rest that was left, so we did. After the rain it still looked horrible. We reached out to him and requested he redo the job. He said he would and since then many call have been made to him with no response. We definitely are not happy with his lack of response to us especially after he had gone out of his way to make sure the house was completely clean.

They were very good. They did a good job. The only thing they really didn't do was the rainspouts. When all the dirt came off the roof, it went down on to the rainspouts. That's the only problem I had with them. They were okay other than that. They made the house and roof look brand new. It looked good.

They told me they will be coming between 2-4pm, I made arrangements to leave work and be home on time. But they called me at about 11am to tell me they are arriving in 5 minutes. I do not know what they did. With the exception of the 2 concrete slap in front of the house, there is no evidence any thing was done. Waste of money.

Fair. They missed a number of spots and, although we tried to call them several times to ask for a revisit, they did not return calls. We did not read the ad right, and the gutter cleaning was only for the exterior. Although the tech said they could do it for an additional $x, they were unavailable to make this request as well. House looks much better than it did, though. They will be using your water, not theirs.
