Here at Pristine Property Management PCB we pride ourselves with the upmost honest and transparent property management experience coupled with outstanding cleaning and household repair services - including Air Bnb. Each Customer will receive a complimentary customer profile. We do a full inventory of your rental property. We document any damage before the rental and after the rental stay. This helps ensure that you are not having to rebuy items like silverware, dishes, sheets, pillow etc. etc. or have damage that is not covered though the renters deposit. We want to protect your investment for you!

Services we offer
& dusting interior decor, Bathroom: Sanitizing complete bathroom, cleaning showers with mildew killing sanitation products, cups, dusting, dusting & vacuuming furniture. General: light bulb check and replacement. Document any damage, examples- silverware, if something needs a permit, inventory all owner supplied furnishings, mopping & sanitizing. Living rooms: dusting, mopping floor, mopping floors, pillows, plates, sanitizing sink & washing any soiled linens. The dining room: dusting furniture & decor, scrubbing toilets, sheets, straightening, towels ect.ect. light switches & wall outlets get checked for operation. We Can also trim landscaping & clean up yard. We can do any repairs or upgrades to the house and lawn that do not require a permit to be pulled, vacuuming, vacuuming and/or mopping- including under the furniture, wash dishes & put away & change garbage cans bags. Bedrooms: bed making, wash sheets & pillowcases. Laundry room: dusting, we can do that but it would be quoted separately., wiping down blinds, wiping down counters, wiping down exterior of major appliances & cabinets, wiping down mirrors & change garbage cans bags. Kitchen: sanitizing counters & sink, wiping down washer & dryer
