Quickly and at a good price

Paid Todd $3732.00 deposit for 2 Sliding glass doors and 1 sliding window on JULY 1, 2020 -- over one year ago and till no doors or window and no contact initiated from Todd for explain what the delay was. As for July 15 I have verified that the doors and window and in Todd's possession and contacted him to let hi know that I knew and that he needed to deliver them and install them which he said he would do on July 19, 2021. Its July 21, 2021 and Todd has not shown up to deliver and install them no has he contacted me to say why. At this point I am ready to pursue filing a complaint with the state and other available remedies.

", that's why I do not install Windows anymore because it takes too long for the windows to come in and people do not understand that and they get upset and therefore they put me under the rug so I'm done installing and selling Windows in Florida because you cannot get Windows for at least 9 months to a year I know that sounds crazy but I'm still waiting on my refrigerator dishwasher and stove from Bosch and that was six months ago and they said it would be another two months before they be able to get the products in so it's just not windows that are taking a long time it's everything else also my Maytag washer and dryer that I bought at Home Depot check them five and a half months too get my product so it's just not Windows and Doors it's everything"

Todd and his crew are very professional and courteous! The windows are exactly what we wanted and beautiful! The job was done in a timely manner and right on schedule. Todd communicates well so that you are kept up to date with the progress and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs windows replaced!

Todd and Mike were prompt, courteous and efficient. They replaced the windows in a timely manner and put everything back into place before they left. A pleasure to deal with. We definitely will hire Pristine Windows to replace the next set of windows.

Positive all the way, he's very meticulous and he's very friendly and thorough and very upfront with everything and if there's any situations that you are aware of he just disclosed it and did not hide anything. Attentive to details.
