Privacy Fencing Company

Darrell was very punctual from the beginning to the end of the job.  He and his crew (Junior and Dan) showed up on time started the project. My yard is fairly large and it needed about 300 linear feet of fencing.  Darrell used # 1 rated treated cedar picket fence from the reputable lumber company and it took about 650 pickets (6'x51/2")and also used treated kick board.  Darrell himself installed all the fence and he is an expert fence installer.  I want to say the pickets and workmanship was the best in my sub-division in Houston.  Darrell and his crew was very respectable, courteous and were on time every day.  They cleaned the entire yard and picked up all the debris and even swept the driveway.  Darrell is very honest in dealings and satisfactorily completed his job.   I will strongly recommend his business (Privacy fencing) to anyone.  I had three bids and Privacy fencing was very competitive in pricing and he did all the work per the initial contract. I gave him $1700 in cash and the work that he did was good, however he only did $625 plus materials and ran off with the rest of my money. You will be hearing from my attorney. Do not use this company.

very well, done in 1 day while we were at work. Had a slight delay for instillation because of the rain but very pleased with the work. <br />

.They came out and did our fence.  They came out on the first of this month.  They put up a fence around our house. He was good and he did a great job. I would recommend them.  They did a good job.  I have nothing negative to say.  The price was reasonable and he was able to start when I wanted him to start.

Removed old fence and footers. Installed new concrete footers and fence. Removed vine growing on the fence.and cleaned up both sides of ground along the fence. <br />

They arrived at the time of our appointment and gave an estimate on-the-spot. Their estimate wasn't the highest estimate we received, The least expensive estimate we received did not seem as well thought out or as thorough as the estimate we received from Privacy Fencing and we went with this company because they were professional. thorough and reasonable. <br /> We scheduled a date for installation and Privacy Fencing kept us up-to-date on their schedule. The fence was installed less than ten days after we contracted them for the job. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of work, timing of the completed job and the professionalism. <br /> Any time you need a fence replaced, this is the company to hire! <br />

Darrell came to give an estimate the same day I called.  He measured the parts I wanted repaired and made some suggestions that gave me more what I wanted.  He wrote up the quote immediately and I signed the contract and gave him the deposit.  Since I was having other work done that would interfere with his job, he was to start about two weeks later.  He called me promptly at the agreed time, called me on the day he was to be at the house, and showed up when promised.  He was able to complete everything except the gate in a day, which was a benefit to me since I have several dogs.  The dogs only had to suffer in the house for one day because he closed the yard back in.  He cleaned up well and even spread some dirt where the fence went over a low spot. <br />

Darrel, the owner, was very accommodating with my schedule and needs. We just had a new pool built in our yard and he came the next day after they completed to install a 6' cedar fence with a 12" rot board and one gate, 2 lengths of the fence were double sided for pool privacy. He builds a VERY strong fence and his gates are incredible. My double sided gate is very industrial. As in any project, all fences are not created equal. Each house has special needs and concerns. There were some particular issues we had to address on the fly with my project and he & I discussed them before AND during the building process. He was very accommodating with my concerns & requests. When I signed the contract a week before the job he requested 1/2 down to buy materials which I was a little hesitant to do BUT his other Angies list referrals were real good so I had a pretty good feeling about him so I complied. A week later he showed up right on time and did a great job. <br />

Provider came to home and provided bid.  Throoughly explained options.  <br /> Professional behavior resulted in my immediate acceptance.  <br /> Scheduled job <br /> Showed up on time; job complete on time.  <br /> Very pleased.  Plan to use them again on the other two sections of my fence.  <br /> <br />

I called Darrel in April to come out and give an estimate on a new fence. He was the first of three as I always get at least three estimates for large repairs. Darrell was very accommodating with my schedule and was on time. After talking with Darrell for a few minutes I could tell he knew a lot about his trade. I told him specifically what I was looking for in regard to privacy and how I wanted the gates. He was very thorough in explaining what he could do and even modified my original plan for gates to better suit my needs. Fast forward to November. I called Darrel on a Monday and he said he would honor the original estimate. He was able to come out that Friday and get started with the tear down and to set the posts. The crew showed up on time at 7:30 A.M. and were very pleasant. Darrell showed up a little while later to drop off the remaining materials and to make sure we were happy so far. They worked until late afternoon getting as much done as possible as we needed the fence done quickly due to ours and our neighbors dogs. The crew showed up promptly at 7:30 A.M. Saturday morning and were finished that afternoon. I am extremely happy with the work that was performed and can easily recommend Privacyfencinghouston for a beautiful fence.

First of all the actual cost was less than the initial over the phone estimate by over $100, and the initial estimate was the lowest of three that I received.  The quality of the work was excellent, the job was started on the day & time that we had agreed upon, finished in a day,  and the cleanup was excellent.  The quality of the pickets was better than what I was able to buy at Lowes when I did other parts of my fence myself.  They put a bevel on the rot board, which is functional & looks great too.  I wanted that, but had forgotten to ask for it. That was a nice surprise. The crew had to hack through some bamboo to get the fence installed straight & level.  And they even re-installed a neighbor's adjacent gate at not extra charge! The look & quality of the over-sized custom built gate was great. <br /> <br /> I couldn't be happier with the entire experience & the end result.  It's so good to find someone that does high quality work at a reasonable price!  Yay for Angie's List & Privacy Fencing!

They gave a great estimate.  I was pleased that they were willing to do the job exactly as I needed it.  They didn't try to sell me a bigger section and understood exactly what the goal was.   Once hired, they worked very quickly and even in the rain!  They cleaned up after themselves and the job looks super. 

Very responsive. returned call immediately, promptly came out and gave estimate. Performed the work as quoted and pro-actively had metal gate sandblasted and re-powder coated to prevent future problems. Would definitely use them again.

Our fence was in dire need of being replaced.  To the point that one of our dogs had been able to squeeze under it a few times because of the rot.  I called Privacy Fencing and a representative came out that day to measure and give us a quote.  They began work the next week.  They were able to get the whole project -from tear down, to completion- finished in one day, which our dogs surely appreciated.  Darrell came out the next day to make sure we were satisfied, and we were.  Thanks guys and great work!

PF (Darrell) was extremely organized & always quick to answer any questions.  His bid was right on -  there were no "hidden" or additional costs.  I would recommend PF for any fencing needs!

Once I contacted the owner, a representative came by within two days to give us an estimate. After acceptance of the estimate, arrangements were made for the crew to install the new fence the next Friday. Owner came by on date of installation and returned several time during the day to review progress. Crew began work mid morning and were finished by late afternoon. They worked diligently and ensured that everything was cleaned up after they finished. We are exceptionally pleased with the results.  Unfortunately, there was some repair work that has been required.  It took several calls to get someone out to assess the repairs.   Some of the work was completed with the promise the additional work would be completed by the weekend.  Thus far additional work has not been completed.

I like them very much; they were very efficient and very good. Their price was competitive.

I contacted 4 companies before choosing this one. I received a phone estimate from one and on-site estimates from two (and no call back estimate from the 4th). I chose this company for a number of reasons, 1) because the owner was pleasantly responsive to my custom design requests, my emails and many questions, 2) he was going to use thicker pickets and boards and suggested from experience specific construction methods to ensure strength of fence and 3) he was not going to charge extra for a custom lattice. The work took place over 3 1/2 days starting on a Wednesday. Rained stopped work during the afternoon on two days which caused some tension to finish the fence on Friday and Saturday but, since they took their time planting posts, lining up the base/rot board and framing the fence, this rush did not diminish the overall quality of the final fence. The point that the simple capped fence meets the lattice top looked better than expected. The rot board was installed perfectly to fit the grade of the land and the lattice looks great. I love the fence. It is the quality and style I wanted and at a good price. Darrell Moeller, the owner, is very pleasant to work with, very helpful, professional, genuine and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

The fencing company returned my call and followed up with an estimate for white vinyl fencing. Their prices were fairly reasonable,they explained the warranties and their work guarantee. The installation was scheduled as soon as the materials were available. The fence installers showed up on time. They did a real good job, except they cutting part of my tree down. However,they were friendly and polite. They cleaned up all the mess and the fence looked beautiful.
