They were very thorough & a very pleasant group of people to deal with.  Brian kept me informed as to how things were going, what had been done & what was still to be done.  I went to the house today to clean the windows & move a few things in.  What a pleasant surprise I had when Brian told me his guys would be cleaning the windows as well!  I felt like Brian & team went above & beyond for me & would absolutely use again & definitely recommend them.

Mike was SUPER responsive, I purchased this voucher on Friday, July 3rd (the holiday weekend) and noted that I really desired to get this inspection performed before the following Wednesday as my due diligence was ending that day.  Mike called me that afternoon and was amazingly accommodating and scheduled me for Wednesday morning and promised to have the report to me before my 4pm deadline!   <br /> Today was the inspection and unfortunately, the inspector got delayed due to an unforeseen situation on a job before mine.  Mike responded quickly and professionally, he shuffled the day's remaining appointments to adjust and get the inspector out at 2pm, so I made my deadline!  They went above and beyond for me and I sincerely appreciated it!!!  Brian, the inspector, was apologetic and very professional and detailed, he went over all the findings and helped me understand where I would be financially and if I could actually complete this house purchase comfortably. <br /> Use this vendor with the utmost of confidence, they "care" about their customers and reputation and it shows!  My inspection did yield some necessary work and they quickly got the quote to me today as well!  I will be doing the work with them once I close and have moved in. <br />

House was for sale, inspector found mold...   lots of it... in the attic. <br /> Contacted Pro-Clean, they came right out,  inspected everything and outlined the "plan of attack". <br /> They took are of everything... I didn't even need to be there.   Everything looks great, and no messes to clean up after! <br /> Price was more than I wanted to spend,  but fair considering the amount of remediation that needed to be done. <br />

<p>Brian and his crew were excellent.  Before the job began, Brian gave a full report with before pictures of what needed to be done and how he would do it.</p> <p>They were prompt and professionalandmeticulous.  We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Pro-Clean.</p> <br />

Even with delays caused by the holidays, an unexpected death in my family, excessive cold and rain, the job was outstanding. I received three excellent bids from Angie's List contractors. Each had a different approach, but I chose Pro-Clean due to the thoroughness of the approach. Their approach took care of all of my crawlspace's problems & sins - past, present, and future. This was a problem that I wanted fixed right, and never to deal with a mold issue again. <br /> Brian submitted a thorough and knowledgeable review and bid, which also included detailed pictures. Even after I had to change the start date last minute, commencement began on newly scheduled time. The crew came each morning and worked a full day. They worked quickly, quietly, politely, and efficiently. They protected all my tools and equipment from the rain while they were outside. There were many thoughtful touches, such as painting the drain pipe of the Gravity System to blend in with the ground, and placing extra vapor barrier in the "working" area of the crawlspace where there will be tools stored and foot traffic. They even spotted a split dryer vent and slow toilet leak, neither of which I knew about. <br /> They did not cut corners in workmanship, and Brian was there everyday to check work in progress. Even though I loathed to spend all this money on something I didn't want to deal with, I must say I am happier to have had it done. Now I KNOW my crawlspace is in good shape: clean, dry, and mold free. I am confident I can call upon Brian or Michael Thurston of Pro-clean should any issue arise in the future. I recommend this company without reservation. <br />

Brian came to our home on December 16 to inspect under the kitchen sink for mold. He was extremely thorough and quick, examining the cabinet and the crawlspace beneath our home. He took pictures and provided us with a very detailed and comprehensive report of his findings. We scheduled the remediation to happen two weeks later. (After scheduling, Brian called and offered to move the work to an earlier time, but we declined.) <br /> On the day the work was to be performed, Brian and another worker came and had everything done within a few hours. They were extremely professional the entire time they were in our home and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done. Brian was excellent at communicating with us through the entire process. I would definitely use them again in the future, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services. <br /> (The only reason I gave a B for punctuality is that Brian called the morning he came over and said that his truck was stuck in mud, and he was waiting for a tow truck to pull him out. I don't fault him at all, it only set him back an hour, and I'm glad he called to tell us what was going on, but he did arrive later than we had initially planned.) <br />

<p>We contacted Pro-Clean after learning of a potential mold problem under our crawlspace. Brian showed up and did a thorough inspection (including pictures which he emailed me) and explained the type of mold that he found. After viewing the pictures, I called Brian about some structural questions I had regarding the ductwork, floor joists, and sub-structure. We had a formal estimate emailed to us the next day.</p> <p>I called and scheduled an appointment. Brian called 24 hours before the appointment and confirmed the work to be done. He showed up the next day on time... and within 2.5 hours he was done. He remediated the mold, relocated some ductwork, and replaced over 150 feet in insulation.</p> <p>He took additional pictures of the finished product and further advised on the completed work and how I could reduce the risk of future mold problems.</p> <p>I was sceptical of the company having so few reviews but am very glad I took a chance.</p> <p>I will positively use their services in the future.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <br />

They arrived early in the morning to do the job and were able to complete everything they promised without any issues. They cleaned up the area before leaving. The men were pleasant and hard working. The crawl space has been transformed.

They were very professional answered all my questions. The work was completed when they promised it would be. Not afraid to go under my house anymore spotless down there. I’m definitely satisfied with the work they did. <br />
