Well done, again. Pro-Staff' s tech, Manny has always been prompt, polite and professional. They cover the bases and will come back until any problems are solved.

All work has been performed in a timely manner. Lawn was full of weeds and thinning out. Have had two, bi-monthly treatments and lawn and shrubs looking much better. Very reliable and very responsive to any questions. Installed extension to sprinkler system in anticipation of planting of additional grass next month. Sprinkler installation performed in a clean and neat manner. Very happy with their service to date. Office staff have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed on how a service call is followed up by sending me an email with an attachment, listing in detail, all lawn/shrubbery services provided, conditions noted, treatments used and a listing of all chemicals/fertilizers used for that visit. Very professional!

We have used Pro Staff for 15 years and they have always provided us with excellent customer service. The office staff and owner have always followed up and addressed any questions or concerns we have had.

Bob Welch made it right and we will continue to use Pro-Staff pest control here at this home and after I sell he will be my pest control company from here on out.

It appeared Pro-Staff subcontracted out to another company to tent my home for termite fumigation. The tent did not appear to be in good condition and had duct tape on it to seal holes throughout. Subsequently when issues arose, they did not stand behind their guarantee and I was given the run around concerning a re-treatment even after dealing with the manager. They were more concerned with obtaining my bond payment for another year of coverage and even went so far as to bill the property management company when I did not renew due to them not standing behind their warranty.

I not only did I have my irrigation refurbished by Jose. coinceidentaly my lawn and shrub fertilization service was scheduled for the same day. my lawn tech Jay is fabulous. when Jay shows up, he explains what he will be doing forthe current service and why. If I have any concerns he is right there to address the situation the same day if possible. If not he is very quick to get a follow-up scheduled as soon as possible.</p> <p>since my irrigation system has been refurbished and having the lawn and shrub fertilization service my yard looks fantastic. when I am asked who does my lawn service? I proudly tell them Pro-staff termite and pest control. I let them know that my irrigation tech is Jose and my Lawn tech is Jay. I also let them know that I have all the services that Pro-staff  termite and pest control offer and that I have been with them for 13 years. I love the company and the staff at both offices. every one is very professional and very courteous.  they have two offices, one in Longwood which is the office where my Lawn tech Jay works out off. my irrigation tech Jose works out of both offices, Longwood and Orlando.  </p> <p>I say spread the word, you cant go wrong with Pro-staff termite and pest control. Like I said I have been with the company for 13 years,and have been extremely happy with them. I wouldn't change a thing. trust me you won't be disappointed.</p>

My rental property in Lake Mary needed a new irrigation system. I called Pro-Staff and had an appointment immediately. My tech Jose, was very professional. Since my irrigation system had been renovated and my lawn also serviced by pro-staff ,I am starting to see wonderful results. Pro-Staff is the way to go.

<p>The technician, Santiago was punctual and courteous.  He further explained the agents used to treat the pest and areas to be treated.  He powder sprayed into the vents of the refrigerators. He removed outlet/switch plates in problem areas and applied a bating agent.  The same bating agent was use in potential wet areas under sinks and in the corner of cabinets.  He used a pheromone spray behind all kitchen cabinets and oven areas in each unit.  Once outside, Santiago sprayed a liquid treatment and granules around the perimeter of each unit. </p> <p>Despite providing tenants with times and instructions, some were not prepared to have their unit treated.  Santiago was very understanding and patient as tenants readied the apartments.  He apparently allotted amply time for such an occasion and was never hurried or rushed. I was so thoroughly impressed and confident in this service, I pre-paid for follow-up visits over the next two quarters.</p>

The service provider showed up on time and was fast! He has been back twice since then, always on time and performed exactly what needed to be done to kill all the bugs. Have not seen any bugs since and we had a pretty severe infestation to begin with.  <br /> Gave me a discount for being an Angies List member too. <br />

I go their name from Angie's List.  The service was very good, I was pleased with what they did.  They were professional and did what they said they were going to do.   I'd tell others they were professional and thorough.  When I made the first appointment with them, someone in the office dropped the ball and they never came.  They showed up on time or fairly close to on time when they did show up for their appointment.  I signed a service agreement with them.

They are a very nice company. They are very friendly and have come back for a second house-call after I had contacted them.
