Had my sprinkler system winterized by Pro Solutions didn't clear water from main outside value had to replace pipe and value.

Scott Smith and Pro Control Solutions have been a huge disappointment. I hired Scott Smith to perform porch repair work on our brick porch. Here are my major issues: - The work performed was very poor quality and did not even meet the quality of the work performed by the previous home owner. - The work was not completed in a timely manner. It has been over 2 months and the project is still not done. - I have left at least 8 voice mails in the last 2 weeks, and he has not called me back. - There is mortar that was spilled on our sidewalk that was not cleaned up. I would never work with Scott Smith and Pro Control Solutions again.

Do not use this contractor for any work, he will get you. I hired them to build a retaining wall and when project started he would not start without $5000 up front. The project was supposed to take 1 week complete and then 6 weeks later I get an email saying that they will not return to finish. Then 2 weeks later his employees show up at my house demanding that I pay them, since all four of them had checks from Pro Control that would not clear the bank. This contracxtor is out to get its customers, the work he did complete is very sloppy and not professional, customers be very leary. I hope he does not get anyon else.

I believe our contractor tried to do the job as we requested, but I do not think his crew had the appropriate experience to do the job thoroughly. We wound up doing quite a bit of clean-up ourselves (painting, carpet cleaning etc.). I also spent a considerable amount of time doing painting, even though we were charged an extra amount for an additional color (that I applied). There are surface areas of the concrete walk where the stain was not applied, and will need to be touched up. We appreciate the time and effort spent, but feel the job was not done as thoroughly as we would have liked.

Timely, quality work, great cost and great support! Scott answered all my questions and gave some great counsel!I'll use his services again!

As of Wed. evening the work is starting to come along on the wall and so far everything looks professional.10/20/05 Wall has been completed very satisfied with work.
