It went very well. Ken was punctual and went to work straight away. He explained what he was doing with my vintage light fixture. He was so professional. I appreciate ProActiv handyman services. I've recommended them to several neighbors.

It went very well. Marcus, the technician contacted me to let me know he was running late. When he arrived he went right to work and completed the job in a timely manner. He was courteous and tidy in finishing the work.

The job was completed and my tenant was very satisfied. It was a tricky job to avoid the door fitting too tightly but yet eliminating a drafty section. Good diagnosis and execution.

I asked for additional work after the original estimate of work. It did cost more than originally estimated but again I asked for the additional work so I was expecting the increase. i would recommend Proactive Prevention for anyone looking for handyman services.

Terrific. Ken was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, tried to save me money by repairing the disposal, and when it was clear replacement was necessary, he was just as responsive and timely. He worked incredibly efficiently.
