My repair of an old kitchen drawer, which was off its hinges, was expertly done. My project coordinator Janea scheduled me expeditiously. I received a knowledgable consultation from Ken, followed-up by thorough same-day repair work from Marcus. I appreciated that I was not compelled to wait for replacement parts that might not have fit an old cabinet. A job well done by all.

Terrific. Ken was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, tried to save me money by repairing the disposal, and when it was clear replacement was necessary, he was just as responsive and timely. He worked incredibly efficiently.
