WOW! Would definitely recommend Renan and his team! They were courteous, punctual, clean, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. SCOPE: We did a bathroom remodel / expansion in a condo for my mom who is in a wheelchair, basically making the unit more ADA accessible. Also, other miscellaneous improvements. WORKMANSHIP: I’m probably one of the most particular people you’ll ever meet and Renan did disappoint. From their perfect 45’ angle cuts to make sure everything was level.. I was beyond impressed. Tile work and attention to detail was excellent! SERVICE: Renan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came out several times to discuss the plans and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I live out of state and expressed my concern with not being to able to oversee the project. Renan reassured me everything would be perfect and he definitely delivered. Very easy to reach and quick response time which is hard to find nowadays! COST: Definitely affordable and you get a high quality of work. I’ve worked with 10+ contractors on various projects and Renan’s team is arguably the best I’ve come across. Very meticulous which is nearly impossible to find.
