I love them. They're just a really good company. They're really responsible, responsive and they're like a family to me. I've been using them for a long time. I will be using them again.

<p>The following information is what I sent to Chris Tolleson the President:</p> <br /> <p>The remediation that was outlined in a quote to your customer was not done.  A </p> <p>representative from your office came to address our concerns and was told everything</p> <p>appeared "fine" to her standards.</p> <br /> <p>I would like to advise you of the insufficient job that was done regarding the contents</p> <p>and moving of the contents.  First, most items were not "cleaned" or for that matter</p> <p>even wiped down. I saw this myself with her glass table, cable box and the amount of</p> <p>loose pesticide powder in the boxes. Cleaning the contents was part of the contract. Any moving </p> <p>company could have packed her things. This has caused her to be unable to unpack her </p> <p>contents without first having someone other then her clean them due to her allergic </p> <p>reaction to the pesticide. We have helped as much as possible. All the boxes are </p> <p>stored in the garage because they cannot come into the house. At this point she has</p> <p>had to pay someone additional  money when she already paid your company $4500.00</p> <br /> <p>Second, the people you contracted to move her belongings obviously were not professionals.</p> <p>Again, we could have hired a real moving company. Her new leather sofa that was in </p> <p>perfect condition has been ruined. They did not wrap it, took it down the back stairs,</p> <p>(it came in through the front) and scratched it up in several places. The legs are also</p> <p>broken off.</p> <br /> <p>It is unfortunate that you were paid in full before the job was complete. Now we have</p> <p>no recourse. This whole experience has been very difficult for an elderly person - with</p> <p>her reaction to the pesticide, having all her belongings coated, and moving out of a home</p> <p>she loved. Hutchison, owner of contents<br /> <br /> When I went to the residence at 8a.m. on the 2nd day of work, I opened the front door and saw the the condo was once again filled with the pesticide fog.  Upon investigation this was because the only equipment they were using were 2 small shop vacuums - these simply suck the pestiside dust in the front and shoot it back out the back. I immediately asked the employees (the $26 on hour cleaning techs) to stop work and called Chris Tollison and he did not answer. He did call  back and I stated this process was unacceptable. He stated he would take care of it and would be right there. I was unable to wait. This process fogged everything again, items and boxes.  Items were removed from closed drawers that did not need to be removed, therefore everything was exposed to the pesticide unnecessarily.  In hindsight I should have fended the contract at that time        <br /> <br /> When I hired the company I assumed they would have the proper equipment for this remediation, not a shop vacuum.  Dealing with a pesticide is serious business.<br /> <br /> An employee from the company came to my new home and I showed her the sofa and the dust.  She offered no resolution and stated they did what they were paid to do.</p> <br /> <br /> <br />

  <br />           My daughter and son-in -law was expecting family for a couple of weeks and was in need of their carpet and tile to be cleaned. The technician Mark  came within the time requested and did a great job at a fair price. My past experience with other  company's were often met with add on or service i didn't request. I found  Mark  to be very professional and  did the service requested and took the time to assure that the job was well done. I recommend this local company  for carpet and tile cleaning. I will use this company in the future for my cleaning needs. JOB WELL DONE <br />

The service cost was definitely reasonable; I had to shop a lot for that one. We decided to use them because they were available for one thing because we were on a tight timeline for that one. Ultimately, they were extraordinarily punctual, good work, and good team.

<p>Great experience.  Everything went off as promised and our grout and tile look almost like new.  Very pleased and entire team was highly professional.</p> <br />

<p>A toilet tank burst and sent many gallons of water through one of our upstairs bathrooms and through the floor and ceiling below. As soon as we realized that we could not handle the clean-up ourselves we called Process Master who arrived in about 20 minutes with all the equipment needed to handle the problem. They had enough manpower to vacuum up the remaining water, remove the wet carpet pads, remove wet drywall and clean up the mess. They were very careful with our antiques and artwork--moving them to safe, dry places as quickly as possible. They brought in a contractor to remove drywall and mounding (and the light fixtures, etc.). Their crews worked for an entire work day and they left the house clean and in order. They left behind dehumidifiers and fans to ensure that the house dried out as quickly as possible. They came daily including Saturday and Sunday to check on the progress and remove fans that were no longer needed.</p> <p>Process Master is truly professional.</p> <br />

We didn't dislike anything about them.  They were wonderful.  They did a very good job and they were very timely.  Their professionalism and clean up was perfect.  They were very prompt and extremely inexpensive.  They kept twenty year old carpeting completely spotless.  They did a good job.

I showed the person that came out originally to give me an estimate the stains that I was concerned with and asked if they thought there would be any problem getting the stains out - the person told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results, that I wouldn't have to pay for the cleaning process. I was very unhappy with the first person because he didn't even act like he knew how to get the stains out of the carpet - in a couple of days, the stains had come back and I called them again - they came out  but again the stains didn't come out and then a third time but they said that the stains would never come out and that I owed them the amount they had quoted me even though I wasn't happy with the results. . When they came out the third time, I was told that I had to pay because they had been out 3 times and that was all that they could do. <br />

They were timely and they did a great job. The two-man crew was good. It was a good price. They showed up when they said they were going to do it. They did the job promptly and the two guys they had doing the work were great.

I chose this company because of the response, by the owner, to other Angie's list posts. <br /> <br />When I called Powell he was extremely friendly, courteous, and very insightful to my needs. <br /> <br />Dispatch called and told me when they would be here, and they were. <br /> <br />The two young men that came were also polite, kind and thoughtful. <br /> <br />The price was right in line with what Stanley Steemer charges with discounts. <br /> <br />I am a small businessman and like to support the same... whenever I can. <br /> <br />Thanks Powell !! <br />

Two men showed up to clean carpets.  They went to work right way and were able to get 3 rooms and 2 area rugs.  Very clean in about 45 min 1 hour.  I will call them again for the next cleaning.

Arrived on time. Very good job. Have used them for years. A little more expensive than some other, but I've found it's worth it to spend a little more. <br />

My daughter just purchased a new home and the carpets were in good shape but needed to be cleaned.  I had used Process Master a few years ago when we had a slab leak and I was very satisfied with their services and decided to use them again.  They arrived on time.  They cleaned the carpets and left.  I waited a few hours for the carpets to dry before I walked on them and was anxious to see how they looked.  I was pleasantly surprised to see what a good job they did.  I would definitely recommend them. <br />

I spoke with Process Master on the 22nd and they were able to come on the very next day.  I was quoted a price of $99 for number of rooms and space I wanted to have cleaned.  On the 23rd they arrived within the 2 hour window for my appointment.  Two technicians arrived at 11:30, cleaned 2 rooms and hallways and were done within 30 minutes.  I was more than pleased with their services.  Both technicians were polite and professional.  It was a great value for our money.  I will use them again in the near future and recommend them to all my friends. <br />

I really like this company. They have been doing my carpet for quite a while. Best tech and through job.
