I made many, many phone calls to find someone to assess air quality in my home, until I connected with ProClean. Winston was the professional I worked with, and he was absolutely excellent. I have a secondhand smoke issue in my newly purchased condo, and couldn't figure out where the smoke was coming from. I requested a consult with Winston to help me assess the issue. He was quickly able to locate where the majority of the smoke was coming from (an inadequate attic opening and a bathroom exhaust fan) using infrared technology, and he physically went up into the attic in order to figure out where the smoke was coming from (common ventilation, inadequate vents). He found loose seals around the exhaust fan which were likely allowing smoke in. I had been very upset and emotional about the issue, being as I am a single woman who purchased her first home without being aware of this issue, but he helped me to clarify the source of the problem and made suggestions as to how I should approach the smoke abatement. He also referred me to excellent professionals who are currently doing the work, and it has made a tremendous difference in my unit. He stated that after the work is done, he could come back in to assess the air quality for me - he didn't try to to sell me on any extra assessments I didn't need quite yet. Winston was really the exact person I needed to meet at a time where I was very frustrated, and helped me to focus my energy in the right direction. I was extremely satisfied with his assistance, and his services were reasonably priced. He is professional, honest, and a genuinely kind man. It's difficult to find professionals you can trust, but I would recommend Winston and ProClean to anyone.

Excellent! Very knowledgeable guy and I remember him being very professional. He is prices were really competitive and he walked me through everything and answered all my questions. His communication was great as this was a 3 to 4 day job. He wasn't pushy at all when recommending other professionals to do some of the other work such as a plumber. He was also really great about sealing and containing rooms off to keep my kids out of the toxic areas.
