Everything went really well, and it was a very good experience.  The two-man crew did a very thorough job, they arrived on time, and the price was decent considering the scope of the work.

I purchased the deal in May, but they never contacted me. I've been calling them for months and they never returned my calls.

Dennis came out with a crew of several people who did not look too professional and cleaned the windows. There were no problems with the work and everything was okay. We gave him a check for $57 for additional costs for some others windows that were not included in the deal.  I did confirm that the check was cashed. However, on August 12th we had a forgery on our checking account of $2,190. He evidently made a copy of our check and used it for fraudulent activity.

They had one employee come out and completed the work in less than an hour. He was on time, thorough and quick. One of the hardest thing in our town is to have someone on time and he was which I liked. He did a nice job for us.

Bad experience.  Showed up and immediately did not honor deal and said $250 more is required because garage is larger (its a standard 2-car garage, no extra size).   Regrettably, I agreed and they proceeded to damage my garage walls from sloppy powerwashing of the garage areas (promising to repair it later but never did).   Applied the paint to the floor and then sprinkled granite 'sparkle' in an very uneven way that looked sloppy and terrible.   They agreed to reapply paint to eliminate the sparkles agreeing that they didn't think their 'sprinkling' went well.   Spilled paint on my driveway and said they'd come back and powerwash it off but never did.  They were clearly not qualified to do this work, were sloppy in their efforts, did not honor the big deal and made promises to clean up their mess which they never did. <br /> All in all the worst Angies List experience I've had.   And to think I selected them because they had a good rating.   Seems like just after my job all the negative reviews come pouring in...obviously too late for me. <br />

It was ok. I didn’t have much area to do so I got what I paid for. He had a really hard time scheduling as he was really busy, but it was a good service. Once they got out, they got right on it and did their thing.

Well I have only been able to use one deal and the provider didnt stick to the deal. He charged me more than what the deal was for and now when attempting to redeem my other two deals he is no longer answering the phone. The phone goes straight to voicemail but it can longer receive any additional messages.

They were here about 5 hrs , and did a great job . Would Hightly recommend them to everyone ! <br />

They came out to perform the epoxy flooring on our two garages per the deal, but we have a third garage that needed this as well. On the deal it said for the extra garage it would be only an additional $150; he said it would be an additional $400 because the square footage is larger than what was offered on the deal. He wanted me to write him a check for the $400 so he could get the supplies. We scheduled the appointment for him to come back out and finish the job.   <br /> <br /> When they did the first part of the job, they even broke my copy machine as well. <br /> <br /> We went on vacation and scheduled the appointment during our vacation time; we came back two days early for this appointment, but know he is not answering the phone. We called him 7 times yesterday and left messages and have called 4 times today and still no answer. I am not sure if there was an emergency, but they have cashed my check and they are not responding to me. They were supposed to be here this morning, there has been no call, no show. We were trying to reach them yesterday to verify they were coming. <br /> I have the proof that they have cashed the check and also a written receipt about the job to be done for the third garage. <br /> <br /> Everytime that we have tried to contact them, it goes directly to voicemail, there is no ring at all. <br />

It went very well. They just did an excellent job. I didn't pay more than the big deal purchase.
