GREAT Job. Davin is a true professional

He hired a sub-contractor on my floors that cut the tile inside my house (left it horribly dusty and will have to hire to clean the ducts). He hired a non-licensed plummer to finish my shower who installed the valve crooked which led to the newly placed tile being removed to fix (extra $120 to licensed plummer). All of my walls were damaged, 2 fans were broken, a dresser drawer was damaged, my freezer hinge door doesn't close, and it has been over 3 weeks since my shower has been usable. I have called him over a dozen times with no response. I am seeking legal counsel. I was told this job would take 2 weeks, it's been 2 months and counting.

It took over 2 months for Davin to call me back and schedule to come and look at my bathroom. Once he did come he said he'd give me an estimate shortly. That was 4 months ago and I still have not received the estimate or a call returned.

Paid for rendering. He lost info because he "deleted his Angie's account". Called him back and scheduled. March 14. He measured and said he would have something in 5-6 weeks. Never heard back. called again and he came to remeasure August 11 and said I would have drawing via email by end of weekend. Never received it. Called him again and he said he would be glad to come out and visit with me and show me some sketches. (are sketches renderings?) He wanted to come out on that weekend which didn't work for me and he was too unsure of his schedule to schedule out the next week. So at that time I chose to forfit the $49. I never received the rendering that was noted in the purchase information and he never called back. I don't think he really wants the business, or he just didn't want to do my remodel and wouldn't tell me.

The demo was July 5. He was fired Sept. 13. My first hint of trouble was when Davin asked for a large down payment on the project. As time went along he told me he would have to raise his price due to unforseen circumstances yet he never produced invoices or change orders which is standard operating procedure. He admitted he had grossly overpaid the painters which was passed on to me. I paid for most materials myself. Several times he severely underestimated the cost I had to pay by hundreds of dollars. His bid was for services and materials. After the painters were caught literally sleeping on the job things went downhill. He later admitted that he washed his hands of my project. A series of workers was sent to my home to do work. Most were fired as their their workmanship was poor quality. The entire shower floor had to be redone. Many things were sloppy or not done at all. The custom linen closet was built so high it blocks the light from the window. Grease was tracked onto my new carpet the second day. The workers were messy and did not do a good job of cleaning up after a while. Cement killed my grass where they emptied their bucket. Cigarette butts in my yard were an issue too. He also was negligent. He lost my housekey. He forgot to order the windows (they should have gone in first and tile work done around them but he didn't order them until late in the project and they went in last which caused an issue with seals) He ordered twice as much floor tile as I needed and it is nonreturnable. This mistake alone cost me several hundred dollars. I was taken advantage of by overpaying.. What was supposed to be a 45 day job took over 70 days and went way over budget. I know this to be true because more than one contractor confirmed it. The workmanship was not commensurate with the price I paid. I finally had had enough and fired Proco after they could not fix things properly. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job properly. Throughout the course of the project he was not accountable.

He was prompt to give me a quote. Once we decided to go forward the job went very well. His workers were very prompt and courteous. I felt very safe having them in my home. They did excellent work and were very good to clean up each day. The final product far exceeded my expectations! My new ceiling is gorgeous! I plan to continue to use their services for other projects around my home.

The only reason this review is not an "F" overall is that the quality of the finished product was very good. Davin is a very personable manager and when I could get him to call me back or text me back he accommodated my requests very well. The problem with his lack of communication extended my remodel project about 1 week. This was also in part because of the reliability of his workers. There were several day when no one showed up at all! After the remodel I asked Davin to replace 4 interior doors. I had him scheduled for Monday, painters for Wednesday and window blind replacement for Friday. Monday morning, no one shows up! Multiple texts and phone calls to Davin with NO RESPONSE!! Tuesday morning, NO ONE SHOWS! Tuesday at 5:00 PM, I sent a text to Davin firing him and PROCO! My project plans were completely upset by PROCO no showing on the agreed day and my one week project had to be rescheduled and turned into a 3 week project. I would definitely NOT hire PROCO again, nor would I EVER recommend them!

It wasn't the greatest job in the world. Plus they took my tiles, and I'm still trying to get them back. They were suppose to come on a Saturday, and didn't make it until Monday. I probably wouldn't use them again.  <br /> <br /> It was scheduled and then something came up and they couldn't make it. They came out and worked for an hour and a half and said they had to leave for two hours, they were actually gone for six hours. They showed up at 6 in the evening when we were getting ready to go to dinner. They weren't real professional as far as saying what they were going to do and when they were going to do it.  <br /> <br /> I had a half of a box of tiles left. I talked to the owner, and he said they were going to give them back.

Proco did an excellent job and was consistent with other estimates I received. The quality of work is solid and looks very nice. Davin is professional and honest and answered all my questions before starting the job. We have decided to have Proco install new windows throughout our home based on the quality of the job completed.

Entire process went extremely smooth and was finished well in advance of when the proposal was to be originally completed.

I bought a $49 credit for Davin to come out & give me an estimate & plans. He named off several things that he could do, which was very surprising, as I stated above, and exciting. He came out & took measurements then returned a couple days later with the estimate. He knocked out a wall & 1/2 which really opened the kitchen, as I enjoy entertaining & can see my guests in the living & dining room now. There was a delay with the countertop as I used an outside company which scheduled the installation at least a week after the measurements were taken. I chose the paint colors, based on the color of the countertop, then found knobs that would go with the paint colors of the cabinets & walls. There are 3 views of my kitchen on Davin's site. When my friends have seen my kitchen, they are very impressed with the major improvement. My kitchen is so much easier to use & I love being in it & using it. It's really the kitchen of my dreams. Davin has become like a friend, so supportive, has great ideas & actually seems like he's having fun. He's had other ideas about my house. I wish I could keep him around for other improvements, but I do plan to use him again. I always look forward to seeing him because I know there will be some amazing changes when he arrives.

Davin came out to our place and did some measurements and gave us an idea on what we could do. He was on time and easy to schedule a time to meet up. About a week later he sent me an email with an estimate (2/13/17). After thinking it over for about a month, we let Davin know that we decided to do everything ourselves, except the plumbing and electrical work. He said he would refer us to an electrician and plumber, but he basically wouldn't be able to help us out any other way. 3 weeks went by and I never heard anything from him, so I asked him how to go about getting the design renderings. I never heard anything back.

First contact was quick & professional, felt we communicated well. I did get a price quote that was very nondescriptive and did not include the option (paint vs refinish) I had requested. I did eventually get pictures of other work vendor had done, contractor apologized saying he was very busy. To date I have not received a rendering of my kitchen nor any further contact from vendor. I feel my job was probably too small ($10,000) for this vendor but I would have appreciated being told that and, even better, referred on to someone who does my level work. I was left frustrated and feeling stood up. I do not feel I got the service I actually paid money for. Most contractors will provide a free quote which is all I ever got. Overall, tremendously disappointed. Hope this is not representative of Angie's List vendors.

we are 1/3 of the way into this project. Everyone and everything is going very well. I can share more at the end of this project.

The representative , Roy did an outstanding job. He was extremely talented, knowledgeable, and meticulous with his work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he performed. I had more work than he could complete in four hours so I went ahead and contracted for additional hours. I was more than happy with the work but I felt like $75 an hour was on the high side for the additional work or original work $99 +$225 equals $324.00 paid. I would definitely hire again through the Angie's list offer but not hourly. For a great job request Roy.

I had 4 hours worth of service that I purchased on Angie's List, and even with all the angles needed on the deck, he was able to complete all jobs to satisfaction. I already have plans to call again for other installation and tiling projects. So glad I found this company.

Davin was exceptional to work with! From the big job of gutting and building a new shower to smaller tasks of putting up new ceiling fans he did everything with excellence. He is professional and easy to communicate with. I will hire him every time I need repairs or remodeling work done in the future.

Started building a new home in July 2015. ?The builder contractor that we hired subcontracted everyone using very poor labor workers who were not aware of city codes. ?The subcontractor charged cost plus 20%. ?He ordered nothing put high priced material and ordered work to be done that was not necessary. ?Very quickly we were over budget by close to 300%. ?We fired him and found ProCo owner Davin Alexander. ?He explained what needed to be done, pointing out what needed to be fixed just to pass city inspections. ?He has pretty much done all the work or has found someone to do that work if it is not an area of his expertise. ?He started with frame work repair, moved on to flooring, cabinet making, sheet rock hanging, taping, interior and exterior painting, concrete work, and build a new fence, ?What we liked most about Davin Alexander is that he has treated us with respect, made suggestions that would be beneficial ?for us and has gone above and beyond expectations. We are still in the finishing process and hope to be in the house before the end of August.

The fence is custom built, not panels, so it follows the slope of our yard perfectly. The gate is also high quality, and custom built. There were a couple of things beyond the control of Mr. Alexander that caused the job to take longer than anticipated (lumber supply store closed when expected to be open for materials, company that marks lines for digging was late, and a bit of rain all caused a headache). The situation was handled professionally, and completed as quickly as possible considering the external factors.
