Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I hired them to put in a concrete patio and stairs and the quality of the job is very sad. The pad is far from smooth in comparison to a sidewalk. I cannot walk on it barefoot without sharp pains in my feet. There are so many rough spots on the pad where the concrete was poured awfully. Water pools on the patio and along the foundation of my house. The patio is not level whatsoever. The stairs were hand-poured terribly and were not leveled out. The step down is way too far and I have to overextend myself to step up and down on it. I expressed my concerns to Ian and Chris and they said they would fix it all to my satisfaction but that was a week ago and they still have not fixed it. Their customer service and response to phone calls are completely awful. DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU WANT A SUBPAR JOB DONE AND EXPECT THEM TO GIVE ANY DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PAY THEM AT ALL UNTIL THE JOB IS 100% DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Replaced my 734sqft drive way. Got them 3 of my neighbors drive ways. I like the fact they had me pay once the work was finished and they did not ask for anything upfront.

We were quoted and paid for one size, they came out and took 5 days to pour an unlevel lopsided concrete pad. They did not answer for days. Latisha and Chris Moore have refused to remedy the situation, any reimbursement for their admitted error with a ?new laser.? They are extremely unprofessional and not even a registered LLC. DO NOT HIRE FOR CONTACT. IT IS A SCAM.

Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
They tore up our yard by using a bobcat hauling gravel on our very soggy yard, after 2 days of heavy rain! They wore out grass and put deep ruts every where. They promised to come back and repair the yard - it's been weeks, we haven't seen them, and they are not returning our calls. The phone numbers we have are either Not Answered or Ignored! I intend to report them to the BBB, the Secretary of State and the Governor! - THEY ARE NOT A LEGIMATE COMPANY, NO CONTACT ADDRESS! BEWARE?

We did tell you we would be back to fix your back yard when we have time, it?s the start of the season we?re booked 2 months out. For future customers when using heavy equipment grass does get tore up, we try our best to keep every thing neat. Thank you"

We had a bit of a scheduling issue. They would not let me know that they would not be there as scheduled, twice. I spoke with another individual promising they would be there the third time around. He was a man of his word & got it done.
