Project went well. He consulted with us on issues if they arose and made sure we were satisfied along the way of the project. Cleanup after the project was remarkable. The garage was more than we expected.

Pro Contractor Services is the most thorough, professional, and trust worthy contractor I have ever worked with. Carl will ensure all work is done to the same quality as if it were his own house. He will walk you through considerations that impact not only functionality but design and final outcome of the project, and explain them in a way that doesn't make your head spin. From the cleanliness during demolition, strong and reliable build (things you can't see behind the wall but matter the most), to the high level craftsmanship of the finishes I can't think of any way the project could have turned out. I couldn't be more thankful!

Initially, well. But as time went on I suspected that the contractor was not all I thought him to be. Several of his hires complained about not being paid. He constantly complained about the workers he hired. He left out specific details I had asked for during the initial wall through and he never returned for the final work through. I question whether he even got the proper permits. The last time I heard from him what via email wanting final payment, however, when I sent him my concerns I never heard back from him. Today, I had some of the subcontractors show up at my home looking for him regarding their payment. I have found Carl Acoff to be untrustworthy and would not recommend him to anyone.

"The customer acted as the General contractor, and hired other contractors at the same time my company was there performing its duties. My contract states that you can not do that until my contract has been completed. It is the responsibility of the owner to purchase a permit when they are acting as a general contractor and hiring other contractors at the same time. If I purchase a permit under my company, and the home owner decides to hire other contractors, that makes me liable for everyone come there and work under my permit. She violated our contractual agreement and tried to get a great deal of things done without paying for it. She did not pay for several things done that was not on the contract. As you can see I have no other complaints from any other customers in the last 25 years this is a first and this customer is a very manipulative and deceitful individual. And did not pay for all the services that was render. The job was completed 100%. When you start an email out with something that is bogus and outlandish there is no way to resolve something like. Some people want something for nothing and do whatever it takes to get it. I would be more than happy to share my proof with anyone if necessary. We always purchase permit when necessary but we do not purchase permits when the home owner is acting as a general contractor, and she was told that. she tried to use this as a way not to pay the balance of the job that was completed plus change orders. Thank you"
