I would never hire this company again. Roof has leaked since day one. They have been out to fix it 5 times. Got my house roof so hot with the torch it blistered my paint and my roof smoldered and had to be put out. They damaged my metal roof on my house and told me all flat roofs leak! I am paying the company who installed my metal roof to replace the damaged panel that this company damaged at my expense because Procoverroofing will no longer respond to me.

I should have known because the guy was late first of all, then I had to call three times to finally get a quote. The quote was a lot less than the other contractors, however the workmanship is very poor! It looks like a 5 year old worked on the roof. It started leaking the very next day after install and they continued to say that they would fix it but would never show up. Now he tells me to go find another contractor because he doesn’t want to do it and won’t give me my money back.

It went vert well. They did a great job from the estimate all the way through the roofinf & the clean up. Showed up on time & worked very hard while providing excellent workmanship & very professional attitude.

Altho it is a rental and I don't live close I did see it after it was finished and it appeared fine. It was done in a timely manner and I felt the price was excellent compared to the other bids received. There was one change I asked for and they were happy to do that which, to me, was good customer service.

Wonderfully. They were responsive to the needs as they went a long--putting a membrane on instead of torch down, replacing rotten wood discovered under the old roof, replaced one side piece on the porch. They did 3 roofs in 5 days and cleaned the area up totally. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Good quality work, completed in a timely fashion and a fair price. Their cleanup was also thorough and they even stacked old cedar shakes for our later use. I really can’t think of what more we could ask. There was a mixup with our neighbors’ roof, but Pro Cover even dealt with that professionally.

It went very, very well. Everything from start to finish was a pleasant experience. Pricing was MORE than fair. Employees were all friendly and courteous, and at all times acted as though they truly liked their jobs. My property was cleaned up so well that you could not even tell a new roof has been installed over 2 days time. So refreshing! I will use this company any time I need roofing done on any of my properties, and will certainly call them for estimates on the numerous other services they provide.

They were prompt to call, showed up when scheduled, and cleaned up well after work complete. There was a miscommunication in their office which led to cost being higher than original estimate but I feel final cost was fair for the scope of work done. Overall pleased and would hire again.
