I recently signed up for weekly trash and recycling service; pricing seemed reasonable. First pick up day came and went - no pickup. Called to complain - the woman I spoke with was very friendly and apologetic, so I wanted to give them another chance. Eventually they sent the truck out to pick up. Second pick up day comes around - no pick up. Left three voicemails over the next few days - no response. Still no pick up. Just called to cancel my service, and actually got a hold of someone - again, very friendly and apologetic, but definitely done with this company.

They are pricy but allow me to dump a lot of branches etc...

The collectors were happy to haul away some extra trash left over by our home's prior owners when we purchased. So far, very happy with Pro Disposal.

Still using and they do ok. Seem restrictive on what they'll take, but I guess that's understandable.

There is no prior warning when rates are increasing. When account is on automatic withdrawal, that can be a bummer.

They were very responsive to my call. We set up the service over the phone and pick-up started the same week. Recycle is every other week. The bins are placed back at the front of our garage. Staff has been very friendly.

I cancelled Pro Disposal after dealing with them on the phone!  I'm even happy to pay the 20$ early cancellation fee to be done with their poor service.  The past two recycling collections have been missed even though the recycling can has been set out with the trash the night prior.  Never had an issue with the trash pickup. <br>I called to resolve the issue about the missed recycling and I was told I could have a credit for one missed recycling pickup but not the earlier missed pickup because I didn't report it within 48 hours despite the driver recording he hadn't picked up the recycling in his logs.  The kicker is they would follow up with the driver in two weeks.  Meanwhile, recycling is overflowing since it was missed for two pickups in a row.  <br>There are other little annoyances as well.  Part of their advertised service is the collector would bring the trash cans up to the house and the trash guy would bring it part way up the driveway but the recycling guy would only move it five feet from the street.  It didn't annoy me enough to call but once they started missing pickups regularly and the lack of customer service, I was done.  After my first phone call with them, I thought a few minutes and called back to cancel the service.  I was informed I'd be dinged a $20 fee for cancelling before my contract end date, even more reason to cancel and be done with them. <br>I wouldn't recommend with so many other choices in the area. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

We have used Pro Disposal for almost 3 years, and the service was fantastic for the first 2.5 or so. Recently, they have just stopped picking up our recycling. They have failed to pick it up 4 times in the past 3 months or so. The first time they were reasonable and came to pick it up the next day. The second time, slightly less friendly but they still scheduled a time to come back and get it off schedule. The third time, I did not call; we didn't have a ton to set out and figured I would just let it go and wait for the next round of pickups in 2 weeks. The day of my next pickup I even called the office to confirm that it would in fact be picked up and was told that yes it would be. Once again, for the second time in a row, we were forgotten/skipped. I called the office again and the representative I spoke with was extremely rude. She told me it was my fault for not calling two weeks ago. While she did go ahead and schedule a pickup for me, this has clearly become an ongoing issue. I asked what we can do about this moving forward, as I am tired of not having my recycling picked up and having to call to reschedule pickups. She said this is the first time you called this year so there's nothing we can do. When I asked what about the two times in late 2015 that I had called about it, she said "this is a new year." So, apparently the trend of being skipped and the infractions of late 2015 just don't count anymore because we're in a new year? Sorry, but that's pretty terrible customer service. All I wanted was a solution moving forward and all I got was a snarky, rude response that made it sound like the problem is on my end. I will likely be shopping for a new company.

Great service so far.

Their services are very good.  They are professional and don't leave any mess behind!  They even return the trash cans to the garage for me!   I haven't seen that type of service since I was a little kid!  It's great!

They always put my trash can by my garage door when they're done.

Have never had a problem and are very pleased with the service. You can almost predict the time they come up our road each week. <br />

We were moving from Lakewood to Golden. Marty had come out to estimate the time/cost of the move and ended up being pretty accurate. On the day of the move they got right to work. Strong guys. Good attitudes. We initially started with 3 guys and 1 truck but another crew got done early so we ended up increasing to 6 guys with 2 trucks-- increased the price/hr but we got done a lot quicker, so it all evened out. We had a lot of stuff including an outside shed and elliptical and everything fit in the 2 trucks. We had a few minor damages but a small adjustment was made. Overall a good day! <br />

We've used Pro Disposal for about 3 weeks now and so far so good!  They picked up our trash on schedule, moved the trash cans to the top of the driveway as promised, and no surprises on the 4 month billing. <br /> <br />

Reception Clerk was very polite and answered all my questions. I'm a new Customer and The first pickup was great, they forgot to pick it up today 12/31/2012. <br /> I will call them to follow up. <br />

Great !  They do a fantastic job and move our trash cans up the driveway so they do not blow away when emptied. <br />

I like them because they are inexpensive and they put your cans back up by your house. They are the cheapest in the area. I will continue to use them.

They are just a normal pick up garbage company.

They do a really good job.  The price is very reasonable.  It is one of the cheapest around.  I have never had a problem with them.

I like the price. I use them because of their price. They are always on time and never miss anything.

I really like using them and I’m happy with their service. I chose to pay them by the year which is $144 and that’s not bad at all. They are mostly on time except for bad seasons so I get my garbage out by 7:30 am and I never had a problem with them. They are excellent with their service and I would grade them a little lower on their professionalism since my previous garbage collection company would collect my garbage flip the trash cans over but they do not since it may be a change in service. I would use them again in the future.

They are the preferred provider for our homeowner's association. They are very good and I have never had a problem.
