"It is our company’s policy to call each customer 5 business days after their service to insure customer satisfaction. Our documentation does not indicate a response from the customer. Sometimes it is an issue of perception or the cleaning process itself. Technicians make mistakes and/or do not explain themselves properly to customers. In either case, it is the responsibility of the service company (i.e. Productive Air Duct Cleaning) to provide a perfect duct cleaning every time. Even though it has been over 2 years, we recently called this customer to discuss their issues with our service. It is our goal to achieve 100% customer satisfaction."
