Jason and his crew came out and did a fantastic job leveling my yard, installing the french drains, and installing the new paver patio around my deck. He then proceeded to reseed my yard as we had a large dirt pile from when we removed a tree last fall. At first we were having some issues getting the grass to grow, but after Jason came back out about a month and a half later, the grass seemed to grow throughout most of the yard. Jason has been professional throughout the entire process. We had some issues with communication at first, but it seems that he has addressed this issue within his office as I have gotten quick responses from his administration since he has made his changes. I've already chosen to use him again for another job in my house, and I would use him again if something came up.

Jason was a pro! We had a complete redesign of the landscaping in the front of our home. Tear out of existing landscape and walkway, and transplanted bushes. XLarge french curve design paver walkway (85ft x 4ft) including refacement of old porch and extension to existing stairs to match pavers, and quite a few large flower beds were installed. New plantings from the nursery we went to together and mulch completed on these new beds. He completed my project timely, professionally, and at a good price. He even went the extra mile on rehabing a few of my existing, older flower beds. We will hire again for future projects we have planned.

I had some repair work that needed done on my siding and Pro Exterior did a great job! Jason was great to work with and did an amazing job of making sure that the new mortar matched the old. You almost can't even see where the repair was done! Pro Exterior was great about getting everything scheduled and keeping me up to date with changing weather conditions. There was one day where they got behind schedule and couldn't make it but they let me know what was going on and we got it rescheduled. Overall, a great team to work with.

They cleaned the chimney, then said a mesh needed to be put around the top to keep Animals out. This work was never completed, and we are having problems getting our money back. Stephanie in the office is very unprofessional, found us on Facebook and accused my wife of being rude when in fact Stephanie was rude, interrupted my wife every time she called asking for our money back. They made excuses regarding why the work was not completed. Then told us they could not get the cap off so was unable to complete the job. Never once explained that when my wife called. Stephanie told her the truck broke down, or Jason ran out of time. Or Jason cut himself so badly they needed to take him to the ER. Or better yet, Stephanie was out of the office and they had a sub that did not do the job correctly. Just want our money back.

"It is true that there was an accident and a crew member had to be rushed to the hospital. We are a small business and life happens. However, we did try to explain that Ms. [Member Name Removed] has a rare chimney Cap that cannot be removed without special equipment, which we were trying to aquire. There was obviously a breakdown in communication. We take pride in our work. We like to get to know our clients and their loved ones. We are very patient, but there is a point when you must draw a line. There is no need to be unreasonable and rude. There is always a solution. But tolerating disrespect and belittling is not part of the job description. In the rare occasion that there is any imperfection on our part, a significant discount is always issued. Special circumstances prevented us from entering into that territory. A refund check was already issued and delivered to the client's door before this review was posted. We have done all we can to resolve this matter. We do apologize for any confusion and welcome any comments or questions about this issue."

the scheduling was a bit of a hassle. first I was given the wrong phone number for the office. after telling them I couldnt get ahold of them they called me themselves and apologized for the wrong number. they were prompt to come give the estimate. when it came time to do the work they got it done in about a hour. maybe a little less than that.

My patio was not level, and just plain ugly and outdated. The crew at Pro Exterior Design not only corrected the issue, but also installed a beautiful stone overlay which gave my property an instant face-lift! They were prompt, professional, and detail oriented. Not to mention reasonable prices. Currently I'm looking into having these guys install a retaining wall on the same property. I would recommend Pro Exterior Design to anyone needing property maintenance, repair or just an updated look.

Fantastic. He shows up when he says he's going to. Weather permitting, he gets it done the day he commits to. Pricing is reasonable and he can get to it quickly. We're very happy and we're looking at him for other work as well.
