"We provided quality service twice and both times she was very happy by the time we left. Both times after about 2 to 3 months passed, she decided that she wanted me to come back and do more for the same price. We went back the time. We do the best we can, but some people this customer just could not be satisfied no matter what I did. We showed up on time. Spent 2 days on her trees the time. Spent another full day on her trees the second time, and we really did do everything that we could possibly do to make this lady happy. She even waited a full year to put this review on our profile. When I called to find out more about the review, she told me that she has memory loss."

Please tell me who contracted the job if you know their name. Did you pay them with cash, check or credit card? If we had done the job, I can assure you that it would have been very professional. We can't always make people 100% happy, but you would not have been so disappointed. Please tell me more about this job. I recently had 2 of my guys quit and open their own tree service, but they should not be working under my name. "I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We do not do free work. We have families to support too. As I recall, you had storm damage and over a house, yet we only charged you $600 including the haul off. We charged you an additional 200 to haul the debris that you had cut and you added more to it after we started. We still did the job at the agreed upon price. We are very skilled in our profession and skilled work is not cheap. We are about 20% less expensive than other established tree services in this area. Which is why you chose us. You told me that you were not sure if the bid you had got was from someone even insured."

<p>Mr. Cox was very professional and provided proof of insurance when he arrived on the job. His price was more than fair. He got to our job right away. The crew was on time and worked steadily. All were polite and friendly. </p> <p>Work was excellent. It was obvious from the way they worked that they knew what they were doing and had much experience. The yard was not huge, so the work crew was very careful to stop street traffic when a tree was about to be felled, just in case. They worked without leaving cans, bottles or other trash and the yard was cleaned up nicely when the job was done. </p> <p>Entire job was done in 2 days. We are very pleased with the job they did.</p> <br />

Everything was excellent. He is insured. He did an excellent removal of the trees and clean-up. Personal contact was very good. Punctuality was good. I liked the fact that when I contacted him, I didn't have to ask for anything. He presented his insurance papers when he came. He also took pictures so he could show the work that was done. He gave us a receipt for his work. I will definitely use him again!

Shane Cox contracted with me to remove a pine tree in our back yard which was close to our home. He made an appointment to estimate the cost, kept the appointment, and arrived the next morning with his crew. They removed the tree and hauled it off in about 5 hours. Shane and his crew were very professional and did exactly what they promised. In order to provide insurance on the job we actually had to contract with Shanes' brother so that Shane would be legally insured by the liability policy. I recommend doing the same,however, they were very careful and [professional. They cleaned up after the job and respected my property. Shane Cox is and expert climber and It was quit a large tree. <br />

Job was done in 2 days....they initiated contact and are from a town over hour drive away. Negotiated price and had Shane write it out on piece of paper listing price and describing job agreed upon. Paid 1/2 payment to Shane at end of 1st day per his request. Shane not present at completion of job the 2nd day and job foreman quoted due price that was not in agreement with original price <br /> Also quoted discrepancy in amount previously payed and to amount Shane told him was paid and amount due. For sake of argument, I paid an additional $100.00 over original agreed upon price. Received a phone call from Shane on phone recorder next day or 2 apologizing for the discrepancy but did not receive any refund. I would not use them again. <br />

The crew showed up on time and worked continuously to get the job done. I watched several of the climbers and it is obvious that they are experienced, safety conscious and very accurate in terms of where they drop limbs and tree trunks. This crew knows what they are doing and it shows. The work near the power lines was obviously something that required extra care and they worked methodically to safely bring these trees down with no issues. <br /> We have used this company in the past to remove a number of trees, and my wife was pleased with thier performance then, as well. <br /> <br />
