Did not blow out lint. Used a spinning brush to make sure all lint was dislodged and removed. Very quick service. We'll worth the price as this senior ain't climbing up on a roof ever again.

We had a technician out 8/1/2021. Long story short, an easy job turning into a three hour nightmare for our technician, none of which was his fault. The way our dryer vents is through the roof and has 2 90 degree turns. Our poor technician lost two brushes due to these turns and the sharp aluminum severing his brush heads. All through this process he was still very nice and professional. We wanted a deep clean, but since he could not complete the clean, he did not charge us for it, even though he spent hours at our home trying to get our brush head out. We will have to re route our dryer duct into our garage (only okay to do this if you have an electric dryer, NOT gas) and the technician even sent us a link to a product from home depot for a temporary fix to vent INTO our home. I really appreciated his help and felt terrible about how much time he spent at the home, and losing two of his brush heads due to the builders shotty duct work.

Awesome work! The team worked fast and even better- they showed us their entire process while they worked so we knew what they were seeing and exactly doing what they said they would! Our vents were so packed (rental) and they completely cleared them. They also looked at our attic space and warned us about the lack of insulation and showed us their images. They were great and efficient. We will definitely refer them without hesitation!
