I was quoted $120 and charged $333. They cleaned my windows in the past, charged me $120. I was toild they would honor the $120, they charged me $333. I gave them a detailed list of the my windows to remind them of what the job consisted of. I didn't want any surprises.

These folks are by far the best cleaners we have ever had. You cannot beat the speed and quality of their work. They are detail oriented and really nice folks to work with.

We have a two story, 3BR, 2 & 1/2 Bath home. We have used Cindi's, crew for over 5 years twice a month. My wife is beyond particular about cleanliness! Cindi and her crew has always met and exceeded expectations for the entire period. If necessary Cindi has always gone the extra mile when required to accommodate last minute requests. The crew is like members of the family!

It went well. I have no complaints. They did a good job. It was a town house which they weren't aware about and so, they couldn't get up to the top windows. For the windows that they did clean, they did a good job on. Overall, I gave them  a B because they couldn't get up to the top floor. The price was very fair. The quality was good. To get an A for overall, they could have had a taller ladder. Maybe that was on me but I believe I told them that I had a town home. They couldn't reach the top, it was a 3 storeyed town home. They couldn't reach the top windows and so, they couldn't do them. If it was me, I would carry a taller ladder with me.
