They were professional, polite, thorough, and conscientious. The carpets were 15 years old and came out looking like new. They placed sheets of paper on the floor to protect them. The entire process was highly professional and hi-tech. I recommend them very highly! <br /> <br />

<p>All went very well. I called the owner, Bert Presant, to schedule an appointment for an estimate and left a message. He immediately called back and we arranged for a date and time for him to go over the rooms and give an estimate. The estimate included cleaning the carpet and adding a protective coat to avoid future staining. Bert was always on time and always returned calls promptly. My Father and I are so happy with the outcome. All of the stains were removed, and the carpets look terrific.</p> Bert is professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone. <br />
