<p>Tyrone from Professional Cleaning Restoration help me understand the insurance claim process, provided a wealth of information about the damages and the best approach for remediation. Their costs were reasonable and they were prompt, professional, and helpful.  In a stressful situation, Tyrone provided the support needed to help get through the process and we were even able to joke about a few things.  He is a great person to work with and I would recommend this company for restoration services.</p>

He is excellent. The insurance company that insures our home says this guy is unbelievable. He was so exact and so professional and he wrote all the steps down as to what we are to do, my husband followed it up and the insurance company came out the very next day and they too were surprised at the ability of this man's natural instinct and intelligence based up on his experience, he says he's been in business for 24 years. There is not a grade on the scale for him if you do know what I mean he has gone beyond the highest grade. I would grade him excellent and professional.
