Arthur arrived bang on time and got started straight away. He put appropriate covers down and efficiently removed the problem corpse from the chimney. He carried out a through inspection of the house chimneys. I would happily have him in again.

I've worked with Athos on several occasions, and have always found him very easy to work with, punctual, reliable, honest and hard working. He is knowledgeable in all areas of fireplace repair and service and always goes above and beyond to make us happy. Obviously, this is a dirty job but he always keeps things clean and leaves things better than when he started. I have always gotten the impression he wants to make me a customer for life and not just a one time transaction and I highly recommend him.

My chimney needed repairing for a while.  Mr. Athos, Professional Construction provided me a free estimate and a video he had taken inside my damage chimney, he explained what I was looking at as we viewed the video and the extend of the damage.  Professional Construction started work within the next two days after signing the contract.  They arrived on time and went right to work, after covering my furniture and hardwood floors, which really pleased me.  As I watched the process outside, Mr. Athos would stop and explain what was being done at that particular time.  They were professional and friendly throughout the work process.  When the job was complete, they cleaned up very well.  I am very pleased with the outcome of the repairs inside and outside of my home and look forward to a cozy fire and a good book.
